I had a wonderful stay, considering it is a pet friendly place. There was a bit of urine smell, but nothing like I expected. They tried to make it as pet urine free as possible, and kudos to their efforts. The bed was comfy, frig worked good, the people were excellent to deal with, and overall a pleasant experience, and my kitty and I will definitely stay again.. thx everyone!

Whole hotel is sketchy. Hot tub not working. Numbers for all delivery foods are wrong, Internet is spotty, thin walls, plug in sparked when we plugged in our phone charger.

Check in was easy, even after a late flight. Parking was sparse, as they were full. But, we were able to get in and settled. The property was clean, as was the room. Just nothing great about it. Perfectly average really. The bed was not comfortable though. Both myself and my spouse got terrible sleep. But, it was a single night and it was fine.

There were kids running around till after 1:00 AM and the trash can outside the side door was overflowing with trash. Had to walk thru it to get in.

The property was slightly run down and dirty. The walls were close to paper thin, but for a property of its type it had all of the proper utilities and met all of my needs. One suggestion that I would recommend is to open the breakfast bar open much earlier. As an airport hotel, many people are leaving at early hours of the morning. The breakfast bar opened at 6:00 am, at which point I had already boarded my plane. This would be a good addition to the property that would increase customer satisfaction.

The front desk staff was prompt and amazing. The room didn't have available outlets by the bed for phone and iPad charging. The map showed it closer to the airport than it really was. The wifi didn’t work all night which is the main reason I will not stay again.

A/c was leaking and carpet was soaked,
Ice machine right out our door had the loudest buzz could barely hear myself think
All gym equipment was broken and the pool was out of service

THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY BEFORE I ARRIVED ( TOILET ). NO KLEENEX IN ROOM, TERRIBLE INTERNET CONNECTION AND SPEED.
