We booked this apartment as the feedback seemed good and the photos looked nice. We knew it was not really modern, but we were not prepared for the actual state of it. The apartment is run down, furniture broken, bad stains on the carpet and not clean at all. The ceiling was dusty and the fan could not be used as it had not been cleaned for ages. We’ve never seen such thing. As we told the building manager about our dissatisfaction, we were told that the reason why they could offer the apartment cheaper was that it was 22 years old with no remodeling. We were offered for them to clean the apartment again. Crumbs and hair from other people remained. So we had to clean the apartment ourselves. It was absolutely not worth money and we felt disgusted the whole stay. The only good thing was the location.

Very easy to get everywhere in Brisbane and very close to the supermarket and small parade of shops.
Wished I had stayed longer than a week as great value for money and the staff were so helpful.

Very close to city and other amenities.
Parking too expensive, surely the apartments are allocated with their parking spots, but we were charged on top of accommodation.

Convenient location to access transport with everything needed nearby if you dont want to travel. Room and facilities suited to our needs. Will stay again.
