酒店雖然比較舊但是很乾凈，房間寬敞，門口就有麥當勞，red lobster，不錯！

The room itself was alright, the elevators showed wear and tear as well as engravings on the door. The thing that made me uncomfortable was a motion detector next to the air vent right above the bed. It would go off anytime there was movement… why is this in a HOTEL ROOM? Why wasn’t this mentioned in the description? Didn’t see a camera, but was cautious. The bed skirt had some kind of stain on it and looked like the couch had a stain on it. The walls are THIN. You can hear everything in the hallway, so does that mean anyone can hear you in your room? Beside that, the stay was alright.

no remotr in room. housekeeping was attempting to enter room after checkout was extended. difficult to get in touch with front desk staff in evening/after hours.

The view on the top floor balcony is nice....but if your needing something to drink other than alcohol dont expect to pay cash. They will tell you they are no bank

We were in town for a family funeral and only stayed one night. We have stayed there several times before so no brainer that we would book a room there again. Quiet, clean room and convenient to near restaurants. We will definitely stay again at the Crown Plaza.

Huge lobby, easy to get to from interstate. Nice pool, gym was clean. There are food options in the hotel. And EXCELLENT BAR!

Bathroom had a significant amount of long dark hair on the floor. Night stand, marble part, had cup stains indicating that they weren’t properly cleaned. Elevators floors were very dirty.

A/c not working right in first room, had to move to another. Same issue in 2nd room but it was midnight by the time we discovered this. Suffered through the night with little sleep. At check out we were given an apology and that's it. We literally had to take a nap in our van before driving home.
