The hotel didnt clean the room or provide clean towles to anyone staying a second night due to being "busy". The price of the hotel was too high considering how poorly updated and small the room was. The bed was terrible.... a futon would have been more comfortable. One positive is that check in staff was friendly.

Would have been great to know that a “pet friendly” hotel isn’t actually pet friendly. Was told upon arrival that the room I booked wasn’t pet friendly but she could put my family of 5 and my dogs in a King room. No sorry, no offer to try and work with me, just nope, no room for you. Manager was rude and dismissive and didn’t even make eye contact. She shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry. Terrible place. Left my family tired, far from home scrambling for somewhere to stay. They can count on negative reviews from me wherever I can post them.

I was looking for a decent hotel that was really cheap and decently nice and was actually surprised with how clean it was. We checked the beds and every piece of furniture for bed bugs and other bugs and didn't find anything. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap were all provided. The towels and sheets were all clean and we didn't notice any stains.

Trash was not emptied and all soaps were used when we got in the room No credit or anything offered just said “our manager was helping because we were short staffed and he forgot” Sorry I don’t want that other people’s used soaps

No stopper for the tub. Walls are extremely thin. Had a small roach crawl out from under one of the pillows.

I will be in Springfield several times this year on business. But I will not stay in your motel. I was not able to take a shower because of NO hot water.

I have Never stayed anywhere that didn’t have hot water! Both days no hot water. When I called down they gave the the excuse of the plumber has been called…. Later management called me and ask if I could help solve the hot water issue! SMH

The water in the shower took 30 minutes to heat up and didnt even get luke warm. When we got ready for bed their was hair all over the sheet that was not mine or my wifes. When we called the front desk all the offered was to give us extra sheets. We got a refund and checked out. Now the hotel does not want to give us a refund and are fiting it.
