Super 8 by Wyndham Springfield/Battlefield

I would never recommend this motel to anyone. Burn holes all over the blankets, mold on the shower ceiling, air conditioner only worked if we kept kicking it, ceiling above bed is cracking and falling, carpet looked like it had been a few days since vacuuming. No coffee or anything available. Staff was rude. Have to pay 100.00 deposit no matter how you purchase the room. I could keep going but I think you get the idea.

I had a fantastic stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham Springfield/Battlefield. The staff, especially Sujay, Jay, and Gita, provided exceptional service. The hotel was spotless, and my room was comfortable and well-appointed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience. Looking forward to returning!

Avoid this place. Charged $100 "deposit" on my credit card and it took a week to release it. Quiet place, almost empty... maybe 6 cars in lot at midnight. No discernable reason for the deposit. Terrible service people, weak English, no eye contact and dismissive to their guests. The rooms need maintenance and better cleaning. Too many good places on the same block. Oh and I see they charge $150 deposit now.

was kicked out of our room and they kept my $100 deposit because they said that I smelled like ******** when I came in the door and that that would make my room smell the same and even though I had left the premises and not had it on the premise these places are just there to rip you off here in Springfield. I talked to a person who work for two hotels next door to this one and they said they're known for doing that to people and they get lots of money that way by just saying they smell smoke or **** on the person not even in the room then they threaten to have the person arrested when they argue with them. these guys are complete scammers

We are traveling to Springfield, MO for our business with family trip. Our hotel stay was very clean and quite. Our room beds were very comfortable. We all sleep well. Good staff. We walk to watch movie at IMAX near by. Hotel location is very good. PFI accross the street. Hotel has very large truck parking.

We check in very cold and late night. We visit Springfield for our business meeting with our 2 kids. Our hotel room was very clean and quite. Our hotel room bed was new, soft and very comfortable we sleep very well. Water pressure was good.

We travel for our business and pleasure trip. Our hotel stay was very good. Our hotel room was clean and wass very quite. Hotel staff was very kind. Our bed was brand new and very soft. We explore Springfield city we like it. We went to basspro shop. Hotel location is very good. There are lots of resturants available near by. Also IMAX is in walking distance. We will stay again.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I got this room because I’m visiting family for Christmas. After dinner my brother came over to drop some extra food off and the guy at the front desk charged me extra and would not give my deposit back. He’s super rude and creepy too. Every time I went out to my car he wanted me and followed me to my room. At one point he even stood outside my door for a bit. I almost called the police. After he left I left the hotel to stay somewhere else. Do not stay here! It’s not clean. The guy that works at the front desk is a creep, and he took my deposit for having food delivered.

I reserved a NON-SMOKING room. They gave me a smoking room plus i had to walk the whole lemgth of the hotel to go outside to smoke
