Very poor management lift was not working. Staff kept asking for tips, washroom was very bad and not cleaned properly.

Rooms are not well kept. Poor wi-fi connectivity to some rooms. Furniture is very old and and are not cleaned properly. Washrooms are also not so clean. Overall hotel is not offering value for the money spent.

Bathroom is horrible. Age old plumbing
material. Not working gives lot of inconvinience, especially for the senior
citizens. Stool not provided for convenient
bathing. No satisfaction for us.

Beds are not clean - room also not clean - wash room maintenance is too worst - no hot water - full of mosqitos. Tariff is too much.

The location is very good, clean and well maintained. The staff are very polite. The food service is from outside. Overall it was a comfortable stay

Not very comfortable, only plus is the location. Barely functional bathroom, with old plastics which look dirty.

Good accommodation for families. Nice and tidy rooms and they allow you to stay 24 hours.

I opted this hotel after watching the property pics. But reality is not matching with those pics. No cleanliness, dirty bed sheets and cupboards full of dust, rusty washroom, and a torn sofa. The room is not worth more ₹500/- per night. Since we left with no option at the last minute and we’re tired attending a marriage ceremony, we continued our stay there. Though the staff are polite, management seriously has to improve the quality of the rooms, I’m getting almost a 3 star property at many places across.
