We went as a group of 36 people representing "Punjab Travel Agents Association" from 4 September to 8 September 2024 for our yearly outstation meeting. The hotel has a great location ,just few kilometers from Srinagar Airport. Its Newly built and has excellent ambience. What mesmerized me was the food and the Hospitality ,which was far above than all I have seen, been in the hospitality industry myself for last 26 years. We had a great stay and were always served with a smile. I would like to thank the owner Mr. Talat Mustafa and The G.M who made our stay a memorable one. Talat is a great personality and was always around. The front staff was very courteous and helpful. The Restaurant Manager Mr. Faizan Ashraf and his team were spot on, A big shout for the chef and his attendants Alyas, Rashid, Aadil, Sumair, Hardeep, Meenu, Jasira and Firdousa.... I would 100% recommend this Hotel for a lovely and warm stay in Srinagar.

Neat and clean hotel,newly build property....the staff here is too much friendly and supportive especially jasira,Rashid,yasmeena....we really liked thier hospitality...must recommend stay at this hotel as it's out of town hustle bustle and too good restaurants and cafes nearby walking distance....The owner mr.talat himself makes sure that you have a lovely experience....

Extremely warm and courteous staff. High on customer orientation! The room was nice as well. The food too was delectable and the service was prompt. The staff went out of their way to assist me in when I needed their help. Highly recommend the hotel!

During my stay at WelcomHeritage Grand, I had the pleasure of interacting with Yasmin and Rooh Alla at the front office. Their exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality made my experience truly memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process, providing valuable information about the hotel's amenities. Her dedication to customer service is commendable, and I appreciate the positive impression they left on me. Kudos to Front Desk team for making my stay delightful.

A hotel in a convenient location for visiting the city and easily reachable from the airport. Modern, clean, and well-maintained with efficient and very friendly staff. The restaurant is particularly interesting, both for the excellent masala dosa offered at breakfast and for the local food with a very rich and carefully curated menu. The various bread recipes are a must-try. A hotel that is absolutely recommended!

Well this was our ist visit to Kashmir to celebrate my husband's birthday and fortunately booked this wonderful property...The warmth, helpfulness, Kindness and generosity of the staff is ultimate...They will go beyond the limits to make your stay comfortable especially the Front desk team ..They asked the housekeeping to decorate our room within no time and the housekeeping did it beautifully.. Best wishes to the entire staff !!! Would definitely come back in winters ..thanks for giving us the beautiful memories which we will cherish forever... Loads of love Jyotika & John

Shout out to the entire front office team for their exceptional service, making our stay/time great and for providing the best driver. They are really pleasing we really enjoyed the stay. I would like to mention their names Yasmin, Aqib and Roohallah and the night guy sorry forget his name !!! The food was great special thanks to the chefs who make such a delicious food... The garden adds more charm to the property and the property is made so beautifully with the beautiful staff that makes you feel at Home ....Recommending this luxurious property to everyone out there .... Excellant hospitality.A new boutique hotel! New management, Talat ( new entrepreneur ) takes personal interest and takes feed back from guests. Staff is excellent and very help full. Spl mention # Ovais khan, Khushboo, Jasira,Meenu, Adil Insha provide very good services with personal touch. Must try !!
