Conveniently located with good amenities and great food. Most importantly, the place offered excellent hospitality with really warm and courteous staff across the board. Would like to specifically thank Towseef and Neelofar :-) Would certainly repeat for the next Kashmir trip. For context, we stayed at two other hotels too during our ten day trip.

Rooms are very neat and clean.. Food and service was excellent. You gave us wonderful experience, we spend 4 nights here and we must say that the staff is professional and hospitable especially Ms Neelofar and her team. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a family trip.

It's a good hotel. Staff is helping and polite ...it's a one building hotel but meets the requirements... housekeeping staff is amazing here .. Hussain ( I may have forgotten the right name ) i believe was really helpful...he came helping in middle of the night when my son had episode of vomit .. without any hesitation he helped us ...I m grateful. About dining... options are limited and buffet was not greatly ***aged ...though ala carte was amazing ...one day we had buffet dinner and one evening ala carte ... Food preparations are of our likings..so overall I will give 5stars especially for staff cooperation

Stayed here with family the property is fantastic hospitality is on point they actually treat guest as in Kashmir meh*** nawazi that my like very much every one here carries a posttive vibes and keep smiling every time especially I will mention resturant team ishfaq and tawssef they both are very helpful

The food is amazing! They provide a very nice and fast service. The staff is polite! Very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Touseef was very helpful during the whole stay! Wonderful place to spend time with your loved ones!

Great experience here at arco, rooms were cleaned and good space are also, housekeeping team were expectional, umar tariq, and Amir ismail from housekeeping, Food was also good, in dining Tawseef khan are well trained and take carefull of guests, Five star service, Miss u all ARCO TEAM

We had stayed here for three nights and four days , everything was good and perfect, Specially mentioned Aamir ismail from hk department , he was very helpful and too kind hearted person , and fo person umer he was also very helpfull , We will come again and again differently in future

Best hotel in Sri Nagar💕 Service was good, ambience was perfect Tauseem was very good and helpful in everything Malik on front desk with nilofer was very polite and rest of the staff was very helpful and loving too! The way the served the food was in good way Loved the service and ambience as well as the place!
