The best hotel,Friendly staff especially Imtiyaz Ahmad bhat very very nice person so caring so kind.Imtiyaz treated us as a family nd all staff of hotel was very nice nd all are helping hands.

This hotel is like a pradise in front of dal lake, hotel staff very friendly and ***ager Mr imtayaz is such a fine person very helpful in all department, we will come back soon in December, hotel is equipped will all am***ities, good location.

It was luxurious and comfortable stay at Hotel welcome. Hospitality of staff was excellent specially Mr Imtiyaz, Mr. Masroor and Mr. Dawar at Reception and room service by Mr. Aizaz. I always prefer to stay at this hotel because I can say for me, it is home away from home. Hotel staff is well trained to meet guest's requirement during the stay. Keep it up .

Best stay ever,hospitality wise it was good,Mr Younis Reshi in the restaurant is extremely best guy in the hotel,he will help u at each and every moment,he will arrange things in seconds for u If u need any thing at any time ,I love the way of hospitality,my family will always prefer welcome hotel in srinagar,

Excellent hospitality and very nice location of Hotel. Rooms are very clean and food quality is also good, need to work on morning buffet as variety of items are very limited. Staff members are also very cooperative. Overall good rated property for family too

Hotel welcome provided Very good service and quality stay available. food quality is very good. It is suitable for all types of family members I.e. child to old persons. It is in front of dal lake and local market is nearby only. Hotel is at prime location.

It was the best experience after a long time , stay at hotel near dal lake , staff of hotel was up to the mark no complaints at all Front office ***ager Mr. Imtiyaz Bhat was so kind and helped a lot in all ***ner like travelling , sight seen ect etc Hope to visit again at Srinagar and stay in welcom hotel . Thanks

Interesting stay. Rooms were decent. Food was also good. Zahid from the restaurant is super kind and has a really warm host vibe! Garden is nice but since the hotel is on a main road, it can be a little noisy with the traffic.. Electricity issues at the hotel had our elevator turn off too often and that was a bummer.
