พนักงานให้บริการดี ความสะอาดในห้องไม่ค่อยเท่าไหร่ อาหารพอใช้ได้ ทางเดิน สกปรก ห้องที่โฆษณาดับความจริงไม่ตรกปรก ราคาแพงความสะอาดอละสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกน่าจะดีกว่านี้

We had a very comfortable stay at RKSarovar portico.Excellent and friendly staff especially Ms.Saima,Irshad,Roufi &chef Abdul Majeed And Mr.Fayaz and Aijaz from bell desk. We would love to visit again.hotel is at very good location.very beautiful lawns

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The service staff was very friendly and helpful! The bell boys(Ejaz) was very friendly and always helped! The breakfast buffet was spectacular including the dining area!! We were very relaxed and impressed

A fantastic and cozy experience awaits at this establishment. The staff, notably Tariq, the ***ager, Moshin, Tanveer, Aakib, and chef Azim, deserve special recognition for their unwavering commi**ent to guest satisfaction. Their friendliness and willingness to exceed expectations made our stay memorable. The food is exceptional, and I highly recommend their restaurants and rooftop venues, even if you're not lodging here, for a delightful evening out.

We had a wonderful time staying at RK Sarovar Portico . Warm people all around . Thank you Imran Wani for helping us with all the necessary arrangements . Best wishes to you all. We long to go back to the serene beauty sometime again and would certainly repeat our stay at RK Sarovar Portico .

Kashmir is really amazing. Stayed at R K Sarovar. The efforts made by Mr. Imran and his team, made our trip memorable. Wishing to visit once more because one visit is just not enough for Jannat of the Earth.

All the staff are so kind and helpful we had an emergency and the staff was so quick in supporting, I will specifically appreciate Shah Ajaz, Sajad, Shafqat who supported in medical emergency of my family. The reception staff Saima is very polite and attentive to all the requests. The hotel is with a view of glaciers and mountains on other side, the food and rooms are clean and best is they serve phulkas difficult to get in Srinagar.

Hospitality & food were awesome. Staffs were very polite & ready to help written all over their faces. Nicely located. We went for an R & R. Ambience is also good.Planning to visit soon with family. I strongly recommend this property for a vacation to Jannat-E- Kashmir.

We booked this hotel as the pictures and the location seemed very appealing but our stay in this hotel was anything but comfortable. The 1st night that we stayed here, the heating in the aircon did not work and my family slept in the cold. The next morning, when we went to shower, there was no hot water and the staff asked us to wait for 30 mins to get hot water. The wifi in the hotel was super slow, hardly worked. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience and the amenities were sub standard compared to the hotel charges.
