room cleaners at 8am screaming loudly and dragging things around. They do not respect sleeping people

Not so good at the hotel the only thing i enjoyed was the dinner n breakfast n the staff that served us other than that poor service overall

Water stopped working while i was in the shower, staff weren’t very helpful and frankly rude not telling us what was happening consider we were flying out in the morning had to buy a case of bottle water sending my husband out to atleast wash the soap off me was first told it’ll come within 20 minutes 3hours we kept trying to find out with no real update at least of they updated us properly then we could have looked at what to do water didn’t come back till the morning even then we had to use bottle water to wash our face as the water was really dirty and we all the reception staff say is maintenance will be notified but what answer do we get? Staff was so rude that once i called down as i couldn’t go down and i said i missed dinner because i couldn’t get out the shower and he just put the phone down on me. Really don’t recommend so avoid it.

The hotel is dirty, the breakfast is the cheapest most tasteless stuff you can find.
Bus station is at least somewhat nearby.

Hintaansa nähden varsin hyvä.
Huone siisti ja muutenkin varsin mukava.
Aamiainen riittävä, tosin meikäläisen makuun vaikkapa makkarat ja leikkeleet omituisen makuisia, mutta syötävää riitti kuitenkin.
WiFi toimi huoneessa, vaikka mielestäni sille oli ilmoitettu erillinen hinta.

Staff were exceptional. The hotel is a little out of the way from bars / restaurants / Activities. (Except for the park across the road). Also parking is difficult (it always is in Malta though). Sitting outside the front is very noisy due to busy road. The pool area is fine.

Ideale Lage, gutes abwechslungsreiches Essen, unser Zimmer war leider sehr klein-eher ein Einzelzimmer. Es war aber gerade noch in Ordnung für uns. Hotel war stets sehr gut gebucht. Personal war top.
