With the view of Fischmarkt plaza and the ancient crane, this hotel is in the perfect place. Our room was quiet and had enough amenities, though no safe. Our receptionist was friendly and explained parking with an aerial photo of the surroundings. Breakfast was plenty and of good quality, though not luxurious. This being a historic house comes with some downsides: Parking is at the Kaufland store (no charge, the hotel provides a parking pass), a few minutes' walk away, and obviously, there is no elevator or air conditioning. All things considered, we thought this hotel was very good. This hotel has two buildings: The one on the corner houses the reception, single rooms, and the breakfast room. the one next door (white facade), upstairs from an Italian restaurant, has double rooms.

Wonderful, affordable hotel in the heart of Stade's incredible Altstadt. My room was comfortable, clean and quiet with excellent sleep quality. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good, with the only negative being the parking -- there's not any parking on site and I had problems finding an open space in the public parking a few blocks away.

Right in the centre the hotel comprises two adjacent buildings. you can stop in front of the hotel to unload but then the car has to find a place to park. The staff were very good in arranging this for us. Our room was great - it overlooked the market square and had everything you needed. A really good night's sleep so the bed must have been fine. Restaurants abound in the square - the best one we found almost opposite - Rons Pannekoken Hus on the corner of Kehdinger Str. and Wasser West. Breakfast in the morning was the usual excellent fare served up in Germany. The location is ecellent for wandering through the old town, exploring the church and the museum - all worth a visit.

We had made a reservation at this place and really enjoyed it, but it was hard to find. Finally we just found a parking spot and went out on foot, asking people along the way. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately their parking situation is complicated too. We had to drive around the city center and park in a parking garage of a large shopping center. Then it was a 5-10 min walk back to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay, it's a unique hotel in an interesting part of the city, lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel may have handicap possibilities, but I did not see it. Lots of steps and different levels. Extremely low ceilings! (see picture) I am 5'4" and didn't have much clearance to the ceiling, so tall people beware. Breakfast was good.

Once again we returned to this vey nice hotel. We got a nice room with a view towards the center of Stade. Service and breakfast was perfect - no complains. We will for sure be back whenever we are on the road again..

Well situated, old (seventeenth century?) but very clean and cosy hotel with excellent reception, very friendly hosts. Breakfast with lots of choice, warm and cold, 5 types of bread, even vegan (chicpea) options.

Hotel muy buen ubicado, en el centro peatonal de Konstanz a unos metros del puerto. Muy limpio. Staff muy amable. Tiene una pequeña terraza que debe ser buen sitio para platicar o jugar cartas en verano, pero si vas en invierno o llueve fuera o simplemente quieres estar un rato adentro del hotel conviviendo con tus acompañantes o jugando algo no es posible, no hay una mesa donde convivir, unicamente algunos sillones en los pasillos para sentarte a leer.

Das Hotel ist klein und gemütlich. Wir hatten zu zweit ein 3 Bett Zimmer im Haus B. Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Es ist ein altes Fachwerkhaus, was unter Berücksichtigung des Denkmalschutzes renoviert wurde. War echt toll. Bad TOP. Hatte Fenster zum Hinterhof, war Ruhe "versprach". Die Küche vom darunter liegenden Italiener war auch zum Hof. Aber ab 22:30 war nichts zu hören. Das Hotel liegt zentral im Stadtkern. Alles sehr gut Fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten kostenfrei (Fr. ab 16:00 bis Mo. 08:00) am Hafen geparkt. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hotel ist auch für "Fußkranke" zu schaffen. Gastronomie gibt es ausreichend in Stade. Wir haben das Auto eigentlich nicht gebraucht. Das Frühstück war normaler Standard und sehr gut. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals sind auch Lobenswert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Klare Empfehlung für dieses Hotel von uns.

Das Hotel hat einen sehr gut Lage in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll Eingerichtet. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Parksituation, da parken in der Nähe des Hotels nicht möglich ist.
