酒店在湖旁邊，風景超好的，停車運氣好的話，還可以不扣錢。前台的工作人員也很負責。早餐很好吃，邊吃邊看風景

A lovely hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, in a beautiful lakeside location. A 16-minute train journey from Luzern and well worth it for the lakeside views and its proximity to Stans. Try to get a room with a balcony and a view of the lake. Breakfast is very good. Its adjacent pizzeria was warm and welcoming with a lovely smell of woodsmoke and the best pizzas I have ever tasted. Good choice of starters and desserts too. Very highly recommended.

Hotel conveniently located on the shores of Lake Lucerne. Magical location, very quiet. Convenient parking. Breakfast absolutely improvable for a hotel of this level. Very friendly staff. I've got a very welcome upgrade to the suite

We spent a night in this hotel a few years ago…was excellent. This time we were surprised by the poor service….reception at the front desk was cold…..at breakfast we asked for an omelet….the waitress looked at us as if we were asking for the moon….poor choices at the buffet…there were few choices of bread…no more croissant….i was told they were baked at the moment…and they had 80 guests today morning….. Hair dryer not working…. I strongly suggest to look for another place.

Nach langer Zeit, bedingt durch Abwesenheit, besuchte ich zusammen mit einer Bekannten wieder einmal das Restaurant des Hotels Winkelried. Wir wurden sehr nett durch den bulgarischen Service-Mitarbeiter empfangen und bei der Menüwahl beraten. Der Service erfolgte zügig und die gewählten Speisen waren geschmacklich und qualitativ ausgezeichnet. Wir werden sicher bald wieder kommen, dann aber hoffentlich auf der Terrasse zum See sitzen können, was heute leider noch nicht möglich war!

Das Hotel ist 2022 wohl renoviert worden. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Das Hotel liegt wunderschön direkt am See und ist gut mit Auto oder Bahn zu erreichen. Check in war problemlos, Essen war gut, Frühstück auch. Im Sommer sicherlich ein guter Ort für ein langes Wochenende

Au bord du lac mais il n'y a pas de jardin, quel dommage ! Seulement la terrasse du restaurant. Petit déjeuner possible à l'intérieur uniquement, c'est décevant. chambre spacieuse avec grand balcon. Confortable, bien équipée et bonne literie. Petit déjeuner moyen : machine à café inadaptée pour beaucoup de monde, qualité des produits moyenne. Les jeunes à la réception ne sont pas très compétents pour les informations touristiques.
