Amazing service and rooms. Very quiet in general. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Beds are soft and fresh, and rooms are spacious and clean. Did not opt to have breakfast at the hotel, but there are several shops nearby, including a 24h convenience store. It is extremely well located with a metro station nearby. There are also several restaurants at the metro station and in the surrounding streets, all worth trying!

This is such an excellent and cosy place to stay before going up to Xiling Snow Mountain! The owner is so kind and hospitable. Made sure we were comfortable, upgraded our room to a bigger one as we were large group, and ensured our breakfast served was suitable for Muslims. We can use the kitchen to cook our dinner which she gave us complimentary condiments to use. She really went out of her way to cater to our needs. Amazing views of the river from the rooms as well! Would definitely recommend staying here! Will come again

Lokalizacja jest łatwa do znalezienia. Obiekt oddalony jest zaledwie o kilka kroków od stacji metra H2 Niuwangmiao. Na dole znajduje się wiele grilli, a naprzeciwko galeria handlowa i Hema. Transport i wyżywienie są bardzo wygodne. Udogodnienia: Pralka i mała lodówka. Przełącznik jest wyposażony w wysokiej klasy ekran dotykowy. Przy drzwiach znajdował się parasol, co było sporym zaskoczeniem. Ciśnienie ciepłej wody w toalecie jest również bardzo duże, ciepła woda pojawia się szybko, a szampon i żel pod prysznic nie są niskiej jakości. Klimatyzator szybko chłodzi. Higiena: Po wejściu do pokoju nie czuć żadnego dziwnego zapachu, a ogólna czystość jest nienaganna. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, gorąco polecam, widoki są wspaniałe, a do tego nie jest głośno! Przyjdź ponownie następnym razem 😇

Jest bardzo ciepło i czysto. Jest o wiele lepiej niż w Lhasie. Mam szczęście, że tym razem przyjechałem do Chengdu, że mogę mieszkać w tak pięknym, czystym i niedrogim mieszkaniu w tak zamożnym miejscu mieszkaj w apartamencie z dwiema dużymi sypialniami. Nieważne, gdzie się zatrzymasz, pokój jest wyposażony w klimatyzację, pralkę, sofę, lodówkę, wodę mineralną, termofor i przybory jednorazowe. Łazienka i prysznic są również bardzo czyste mały dom. Parter znajduje się naprzeciwko Kuanzhai. Aleja znajduje się zaledwie kilka minut od Parku Ludowego i stacji metra. Taikoo Li i inne miejsca odprawy gwiazd internetowych są bardzo wygodne w podróży i dobrej zabawie w jej domu podczas wizyty w Chengdu na pewno się nie zawiedziesz.

Excelent service. The staff were always very helpful and nice to us. They replied quick in wechat. It is very easy to reach, near to the metro station and a lot of food stores. We arrived very late in the night (like 1am) and still we found food. The room was very clean, as expected in the pictures. They changed our towels and tooth brush daily wich surprised us. We also had a very good view from the windows. We asked for a non smoking room and we were veru happy that didn't smell like cigarettes. Maybe you can smell some times the bathroom but I think is because of the sanitary installations, not the first one that we smelled in China. Very recommended in general :)

(For context, I was a black female solo traveller) Location On a long street with many restaurants and shops along the street and a self service ATM 5 -10 min walk away, including a small market in the mornings. It is a residential area, so you will most likely be the only foreigner, but people are extremely friendly and helpful, albeit the stares. The entrance faced the main road and was well lit. There is a flight of stairs that you will need to go up to get to the hostel area. If you have not tried hot pot, I would def recommend going to the Haichiniu Xianxianqie Beef Self service Hot Pot place which is around 5 mins walk down the road. Quite far from the centre of the city however it is extremely easy to get to. During the day, there is a close proximity to the underground around 10 min walk, and there is a bus that I took from the city centre to right outside the hostel door where the bus stop was. If you are going through the night/early morning, it is extremely easy to catch a taxi through apps and it is quite cheap (around 40- 70 yen) and the road is very well lit. I felt completely safe in the area. Service Chu, the hostel aunty is warm and helpful, and gives you a sense of being home away from home. This included being made some home made dumplings to celebrate Golden Week which tasted delicious! She gave recommendations on places to go and made sure that I kept safe when out. As another review said, it can be a bit difficult communicating if you don't know Chinese as no English at the hostel or around the area is spoken and it can get quite draining/ mentally challenging at times for us, however Chu still tried her best to communicate regardless and I really appreciated the effort. To get around this and to make your stay more enjoyable, I would be sure to have WeChat set up prior so you can use the chat translator and have your google translate app out ready. (N.B Make sure you are able to set up the account and get the WeChat validation/security text through your HOME sim/data roaming as opposed to attempting to set up your account on your E-sim which won't work). Facilities It is a hostel that provides what you need. The things that took my British head some time to get around was the shower situation and the bed; namely the shower as it was more typical of an advanced bidet than standard shower. However, it was kept exceptionally clean after my first day there and I did my part of keeping it clean by bleaching it down. The bed is quite sturdy, typical of Chinese beds, so I would recommend bringing a blanket or similar to lay on the mattress so you can get to sleep. There is an upstairs area where you can use the washing machine or wash your clothes by hand and an open area to hang dry your clothes. Make sure you have some cash ready to give to Chu to use the machine. There is a vending machine that you can buy snacks for using the your WeChat pay. There is a seating area at the top where you can sit down and eat, smoke and chat. Once you are used to the different products used (i.e remembering the slippers, using the shower etc.), it becomes second nature and a very comfortable stay (funny story: I was sitting on a desk chair outside my room and being use to the chairs in the UK being quite heavy, I swung myself around and ended up falling off the chair LOL!). Cleanliness Like I mentioned above, the hostel is kept exceptionally clean and I had no concerns around hygiene once I got used to the shower situation. The cleanliness is what I can say was a huge benefit to the hostel. Considering how large the place is and Chu is the sole host, it is kept evidently very clean and Chu will be sure to tell you to tidy up too lool. People in China are not a fan of strong smells/ fragranced things so you will not smell bleach or such products but after seeing a storage room, I can assure they are being used! The photos in the other reviews capture it exactly so you will not be surprised when coming to the place.

The location and room size is very good. Service from the receptionist was generally good. You get a text on WeiXin (WeChat) about local food eateries and attractions nearby, WiFi info and cleaning service, but note, do not expect a hotel 24 hr service. I was not sure about the air con if it was working or not, and only found out how to operate on the day of leaving, so advise if you are unsure to contact the receptionist and they will guide you. Note, this is a budget apartment booking and the receptionist may be away on a short break so you do need to have a bit of patience to allow them to return, but if you have weChat, they do respond and let you know. The room we had has seen much better days particularly the shower room. The shower door doesn't close fully so beware not to spray water towards the door. There was a Samsung washing machine which did turn on, (we did not use it). There was a drying rack for clothes as well. Overall it was a functional budget apartment for a short stay if you need to accommodate 3 to 4 people.

On the first night of staying at the hotel, after we got the room card, we immediately uncovered the sign ”No need to clean, do not disturb” next to the room number. The next morning, the cleaning lady knocked on the door and asked if the room needed cleaning? Then at noon, the cleaning lady knocked on the door AGAIN to ask. We also told the cleaning lady that we didn't need to clean, and told them that we would tell them if we needed it, and the cleaning lady also expressed understanding. Before leaving in the afternoon, we went to the front desk to explain the matter to the two hotel staff members, and explained again that our room did not need to be cleaned and did not disturb. The two hotel staff members expressed understanding and apology, saying that they would communicate with the cleaning lady. We also said that it was no big deal and did not blame the cleaning lady. On the third night, when we returned to the hotel at around 1 a.m., the front desk young lady on night shift stopped us and said that there was a small gift for us to express the inconvenience caused to us by the cleaning lady's disturbance that day. We also understood it very well, did not blame her, and did not accept the gift. After all, there was no big problem, we thought we could communicate well. It was not until I returned to the room that I was dumbfounded. The cleaning lady actually entered our room to clean without our consent! The sign on the door said ”No cleaning, do not disturb”! Both signs were still hanging, why did they enter the room without permission? ! If the guests are still staying in your hotel, who is responsible for the lost items in the room? I am speechless! You guys sent a small gift to apologize, but your cleaning lady entered the room without permission, which is very unprofessional and disrespectful to the privacy of the guests. This unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the guests really disgusts me and makes me angry!!! 入住酒店的第一晚，我们拿到房卡后，立即揭开了房号旁边亮着的“无需打扫，请勿打扰”的标志。第二天早上，保洁阿姨敲门问房间是否需要打扫？然后中午，保洁阿姨又来敲门询问。我们也告诉保洁阿姨我们不需要打扫，告诉他们如果我们需要什么会告知她们，保洁阿姨也表示理解。到了下午离开前，我们到前台向两位酒店工作人员说明了此事，再次解释我们的房间不需要打扫，不打扰。两位酒店工作人员表示理解和歉意，表示会和保洁阿姨沟通。我们也表示没什么大不了的，不怪保洁阿姨。第三天晚上，凌晨1点左右我们回到酒店时，值夜班的前台年轻小姐姐拦住我们，说有小礼物送给我们，以表达当天保洁阿姨的打扰给我们带来的不便。我们也很理解，没有责怪她，也没有收下礼物，毕竟也没什么大问题，我们以为好好沟通了就没问题。直到我回到房间才傻眼，保洁阿姨居然未经我们同意就进入我们房间打扫卫生！房号旁边还在亮着的“无需打扫，请勿打扰”的标志！两个标志都还亮着，他们为什么擅自进入房间？！请问如果客人还住在你们酒店，房间内物品遗失谁负责？我无语了！你们送了小礼物道歉，但你们的保洁阿姨却擅自进入房间，非常不专业，不尊重客人的隐私，这种不专业、不尊重客人的操作，真的让我又恨又气！！！

Przypadkowo natknęłam się na ten hostel w internecie, szukając noclegu w pobliżu Manjushri Monastery. Wysiadłam z metra i po pięciu minutach marszu już tam byłam. Wejście wyglądało wyraźnie jak włoska restauracja, a wspólna przestrzeń była duża i miała świetną atmosferę. Po zameldowaniu się w recepcji na parterze, od razu wjechałam windą na trzecie piętro do mojego pokoju. To było bardzo wygodne. Pokój był dobrze urządzony, z prywatną łazienką, wyglądał czysto i był sprzątany codziennie przez pokojówki. Najbardziej zadowolona byłam z miękkiej i wygodnej pościeli, spało mi się cudownie. Przy okazji, między 9:00 a 10:00 rano w części wspólnej można było napić się darmowej kawy, ale ponieważ późno wstawałam, nie wiem, jak smakowała.

The hotel was good , clean. Staffs were friendly and good. 24 hrs airport pick up and drop off service. Picked me from airport at 2.30 am in the morning. It was much more than my expectation for the price. The hotel is in a rural area away from the hustles of the city. I really enjoyed my stay.
