When we arrived at Linyi railway station it was raining heavily. Visiting the scenic spots we planned was out of the question. Besides we soon realised that the places we were interested in visiting were easier to get to from the Linyi Railway area. A quick search on Trip.com revealed this branch of the Jinjiang hotel and we decided to book a room on the spot. We later realised that not only was this hotel in a prime departure launching point but the area around it was full of local eateries, market & small sundry shops. The museum & Langya Old Town are just a short bus ride away. Truly convenient. Meanwhile they have the most amazingly helpful staff. A special shout out to the pleasant smiling lady who checked us in. She answered all our many questions with great patience and helpful information. A great asset to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was incredible for the price. We like everything about the hotel so much that we extended another night with them!

Położenie jest szczególnie bliskie żmijom, około 100 metrów, trzeba pochwalić zdrowie, szczególnie czyste, trzciny są nowe, nie ma śmierdzisz śmierdzącym trzcinem, powiedziano, że to ciotka umyła ręce, piękna szefowa jest bardzo bliska, a matka szefowa jest bardziej przyjazna. Następnym razem, gdy wychodziliśmy, wynajęliśmy świeże, nieszkodliwe żurawie i chleb, i świeże, czyste żurawie, i usłyszeliśmy, że kupimy łyżki, nie tylko dzwonimy, ale i prowadzimy osobiście, w tym społeczeństwie pełnym pieniędzy, Gdzie znajdziesz 👍👍👍👍?

When I came to Linyi for a trip, I chose Ginza Jiayi Hotel as a place to stay. This stay experience was beyond imagination! Entering the restaurant, the dazzling array of cuisines came into view, from the steaming Chinese breakfast to the exquisite and delicious Western food, everything was mouth-watering. The breakfast was varied and balanced, and it injected full vitality into my day. What makes me more satisfied is the sanitary condition of the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, spotless, and every detail was handled just right, making people feel at ease and comfortable. After a good night's sleep, the whole person was refreshed. Ginza Jiayi Hotel is not only a rich breakfast, first-class sanitary conditions, but also a very comfortable overall environment. The front desk staff had issues checking us in and were going to give up and just cancel our reservation but then a more senior person came and eventually they figured it out. The room itself is very comfy and modern looking but the bathroom was disappointing. The toilet doesn’t flush properly and the shower is a bit gross. The drainage hole was massive. My 2 year olds foot almost fell in. The 10 RMB per person for breakfast is a good deal. The food isn’t anything fantastic but for 10 RMB what do you expect. Overall, a good stay.

A little far away from city center but fair price. The room was nice and had a good vibe but smelled of smoke even though I asked for a smoke free room. The staff were friendly and allowed us an early check in which was very helpful.

酒店位置在市中心，也很好找。樓下附近有零食店，早餐鋪，還有兩個當地出租車推薦的飯店，東北樂和光棍雞。馬路斜對面就是盛泰廣場，步行到王羲之故居和新琅琊都不遠。位置好的不便是高峯時段會堵車，車位也比較緊張。酒店設施比較老，但是乾淨整潔。

Well the girl at the reception was not friendly at all. I forgot.my medicine there but later when i called them they said they found no medicine and accused me of stealing their room key. When i went to the hotel next evening, the receptionist guy said they will look for the medicine and let us know. Day after that day, i was notified that they found the medicine. I wont recommend it to anyone as their customer service is pretty bad.
