„Finding this guesthouse on this trip was a real steal! The moment I stepped into the room, I was captivated by its warm and inviting decor; every little detail showed the host's thoughtfulness. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and even I, someone who has trouble sleeping in sensitive beds, slept incredibly well that night. The bathroom also had a separate shower and toilet area, and there was absolutely no dampness or odor. The location of the guesthouse was also fantastic, with everything you could want for eating, drinking, and entertainment nearby. Several highly-rated restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, sharing detailed check-in instructions beforehand. This stay was absolutely perfect! 房間洗手間打掃的不太乾淨，洗手枱上還有幾根頭髮，酒店對面有公用停車場，不是酒店配置的，前台姑娘很熱情，雙床房佈置挺奇怪，兩個床墊置於高高的枱子上，不適合老年人，我一晚沒關洗手間的燈，恐怕自己上洗手間時忘了那個高枱子，從上邊掉下來咋辦，喝水的杯子都是紙質的，與酒店價格不匹配，衞生紙小卷特別小，紙很薄。我們是十月一來的，此時酒店價格都挺高的。乳山餐飲做的挺好吃，整體服務差一些。

This big bed room is on the first floor, in a newly built community, not the location of the merchant. The room is very good, because it is newly built, so all the facilities in the house are new, the sanitation is very clean, the four-piece set on the bed should be changed for one guest, because there are still four-piece sets that have not been dried on the balcony. Although the community has not been fully built, there is no problem with safety. The gate has security. The car can drive into the community. The location is slightly biased. 這個小區的確是當地排名第一的高端小區，小區環境還是挺好的，觀景房位置也很好，左邊可以看到仙人橋景區，右側可以看到三觀亭景區，正面一覽無餘的海面，這個小區適合自駕遊，距離大拇指廣場4公里。下次再來乳山還住這裏。服務也很便捷，就是大門物業有點傻。

Staying on the fifth floor, the experience is not good. The following points: First, the room decoration tastes great, and later I can increase the price to change to a sea view room with a balcony, otherwise I can't bear it. Second, the bathroom does not separate dry and wet, after the shower, the whole bathroom including the toilet is wet, it is very uncomfortable. Third, please note that WiFi is not available in all rooms and there is nothing the front desk can do. No drinking water is provided unless you boil it yourself. Five, the surrounding area is relatively desolate, the nearest medium-sized supermarket Jiajiayue is1.6 kilometers away.

這間位于乳山海陽所的海郡小區內的一居室公寓，位在17樓，景觀很好，可以遠眺潮汐湖的美景，大片玻璃窗視野寬廣，對於純度假的遊客是非常好的選擇，不過離銀灘以及一些乳山的其他地區，像是大學夜市，大姆指廣場都有相當的距離，進出都得叫車，這個公寓客廳沒空調，沒餐桌，廚房裏廚具很有限，不適合完整的烹煮餐食，只能簡單的燒水或加熱食物，我們入住的一週期間，天氣太熱，客廳沒冷氣根本待不住，只好天天出門，17樓的其他住戶很喜歡打牌，幾乎天天打，講話聲音很大，房門隔音效果差，真的是不堪其擾，不過房東的服務態度很好，很快速，是一大優點，值得誇讚，傍晚在小區門口的湖邊散散步是一大享受
