„民宿在貞山的盡頭，是第一道的山泉水，兩個大泳池，一個娃娃池，有救生員，有早餐，有沖涼換洗房，200多一晚，性價比高，好多佛山佬過來，10台車九台粵y粵e的，下面貞山賓館就多廣州深圳的，但我覺的這裏山水最好，第一道水，安靜有多樹，又便宜，選這裏和樂而不為呢，走路下去100米就是雲水謠農莊，也可以玩溪水呢，唯一不好就是普通房間都比較小，裝修有點舊嘍，衞生還行的，泳池晚上會放光換水，不住宿單次買票30元，停車位挺多的，下面財富泳池15元，但看圖10一牆之隔的下面泳池水色就知道”

„有一説一，先説好的，房間很大，裝修較新，服務員從前台到房務都還可以。不好的是，房間電源某個總控裝置應該壞了，不斷的斷電重開，搞到房間照明經常一眨一眨的，電視關機不斷要重開，工作人員來了幾次也搞不定。房間裝修較新但日常維護保養不足，天花牆身都有不少的污漬。客廳有麻將桌，但要收取 50 塊的開台費，對於一晚近一千房價來説是不是過於小氣呀！我住過這麼多地方都沒試過的。 最後説説酒店的水上樂園，室內室外都有各自的水上遊樂池子和泳池，還有加温的“温泉池”，水源應該都是山泉水，但需要吐槽的是更衣室的保管箱，是掃碼付費 5 元存儲的，5 元沒問題，但一掃碼就先扣了 25 元，保管結束之後要自己上微信小程序辦理退回 20 元，這擺明就是一個坑，要是你沒留意，以為就是扣了 5 元而沒去核對付款記錄的話，那就成了冤大頭了😭”

The reception is very friendly. The room is spacious and clean. They only provided housekeeping when required, this is because most of the guests are with important valuables. Super strategic location with just a few minutes walk to Tian Guang Xu and surrounding with eateries from day to night time. Indeed there are many Jade polishing shops at same street and you can hear the noises in morning. As my room is at high floor so it was not a concern to me at all. Will definitely come back again

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須給這家酒店一個大大的好評！從辦理入住開始，前台工作人員就特別熱情有禮貌，辦理效率高，還主動介紹酒店設施和周邊情況，服務態度特別貼心。房間打掃得非常乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，躺上去特別放鬆，一覺睡到天亮，隔音效果也很好，完全聽不到外面的噪音，休息得特別好。房間設施齊全，空調、熱水、燈光、網絡都很穩定，使用起來特別方便，衞浴空間乾淨無異味，洗漱用品品質也不錯。酒店整體環境安靜雅緻，裝修簡約大氣，公共區域乾淨整潔，讓人感覺很舒服。位置也特別好，出行方便，周邊餐飲、交通都很便利，不管是出差還是旅遊都特別合適。最後補充一點早餐真的超級好吃！

房間內設施還是不錯的，然後酒店的設施也是很完善的，在酒店的頂樓好像是有洗衣機洗衣房，但我還沒有去過，然後房間裏面呢，是有投影儀的設施還是很完備的，然後房間也挺大，就是隔音有點差，隔壁房間在唱歌的聲音都可以聽到，然後周邊的外賣也很多商場之類的也有地方可以逛一下的。

設施方面：前台在悦公館2棟四樓439B（有阿姨在前台，辦理入住需要電話加微信辦理），有電梯，房間比預期的要大，無異味，地板牆壁都很乾凈，裝修風格簡約舒適，冰箱無異味，洗澡水壓適宜，浴室空間恰到好處，掛鈎多很方便，排水ok。投影儀有一點點歪不太好調整（不影響正常觀影），桌子要是高一點像下層B間一樣就好了（方便電腦辦公），房間插座很多燈控也方便，有床頭氛圍燈（藍色）和裝飾樹燈✨，空調很涼快（26度甚至有點冷），窗台有晾衣架，網速打遊戲刷視頻沒問題。樓下就是吾悦廣場吃喝玩樂很方便，附近車流多打車可能有點久。房間樓層稍低樓下是燒烤攤晚上有點噪音，對面有施工地，樓層高點就完美了。 服務方面：怒贊👍第二天的物品補給和衞生清潔需求會提前微信詢問，垃圾放門口阿姨很快會收走。離店可以在前台免費暫存行李（需微信告知前台），走的時候落了一個掛件多虧阿姨提醒，感謝感謝🌹 公寓中午十二點退房，建議提前做好離店準備。

一次超出預期的入住體驗  這次入住的體驗完全超出預期！從踏入大堂開始，工作人員就展現出專業又熱情的態度，辦理入住時主動介紹周邊遊玩路線，還貼心升級了高樓層觀景房，細節滿分。房間乾淨整潔得讓人驚喜，床品柔軟親膚，一躺下就緩解了旅途疲憊，窗外的城市夜景更是意外之喜。衞浴乾濕分離設計合理，洗漱用品品質在線，連熱水供應都穩定又迅速。離店時工作人員還主動幫忙提行李，全程服務貼心又不打擾。下次來這座城市，一定會毫不猶豫再次選擇這裏！

Overall, my experience was good! For the price and the location in the apartment, it was good! The only negative thing I had was when the woman mopped the floor. She was a dirty mop in the floor smelled. I had to go back and re-mop the floor with bleach so it was clean and didn't smell.

Spacious room with good hygiene. We were worried about smoke smell in the room but thankfully the room has no smoke smell and cleanliness is good. The check in took a little bit longer, about half hour.
