This place was perfect for a quick one night stay after my long flight from the US to Taipei. The location is very convienent because it’s right down the street from Taipei main station, in fact I just walked there. The room and the facilities were neat, clean and the decor is so cute and welcoming. The staff was also very accommodating for my last check in, which I really appreciated! This was a perfect place for me to relax and decompress before continuing my travels the next day. Just for reference, I booked a private room which to My delight came with a big window and some Mountain views after sunrise. The bedding was comfortable and so was the bed itself! I would definitely stay here again.

I got a bunk bed room for this trip, budget but good environment, and security. staff is friendly and nice they are always willing to help it’s nearby Zhongshan station and Taipei main station. The shared bathroom have soap and shampoo also dryer. They also provide the towel. Love it will be back for sure. 🩷🩷🩷🇹🇼🇹🇼

What a find! I just spent a long weekend at color mix hostel and I absolutely loved it. Perfect location! Foodie places everywhere, near transportation. The room itself had just what a needed a clean space and bed to lay after sightseeing all day! I would definitely stay again.

walking distance to ximending 2-3mins, to bus stop 4-6mins. Double suite not big but space design and organize with well, have a lot of storage space. Common area well design and decoration, have few water dispenser and study space for all. 4th floor have washer machine (need token) and microwave (free).

Can’t fault it, I was so impressed! Had a great stay here in a private room and would really recommend. Value for money was top especially compared to usual Taipei prices. As a hostel goes, not the most vibey even though the common areas are so spacious and well done. Private room included bottles of water and towels which were replenished, as well as a mini fridge. Super clean, super spacious.

Pomimo cichych ścian, było bardzo cicho w nocy i nie było mi przeszkadzało (poza jedną osobą, która tak głośno chrapie, można ją słyszeć w całym miejscu). Goście byli cicho i szanowani. Było wiele znaków z regułami wszędzie, a pracownicy nie byli bardzo rozmowni, więc to nie była bardzo pozytywna atmosfera, ale to dobrze, że tylko miejsce do odpoczynku podczas prowadzenia. W toalecie nie było najlepsze, ale nigdy nie musiałem czekać na użycie toalety lub prysznica. Widziałem, jak pracownicy czyszczą toalety codziennie do dobrego standardu. Należy pamiętać, że trzeba zapłacić dodatkowo, aby zostawić torbę więcej niż godzinę po checkout i mają wiele grzywny i opłat za różne rzeczy, więc po prostu sprawdź i upewnij się, że postępujesz zgodnie z zasadami. Niesamowita lokalizacja obok wyjścia 8 lub MRT i blisko wielu miejsc i sklepów spożywczych. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, świetny pobyt za cenę

For me, the accommodation was very good because it was affordable, close to the train station, and there were many restaurants. You can sometimes hear the trains. On my check-in day, I had to wait quite a while for the owner to bring the key card to turn on the electricity in the room, but overall, I was still okay.

Only stayed for one night. Booked it I think the night before or the same day. It’s cheap, for a private room with TV and bathroom. It’s quiet. The front desk, was very considerate at the time. The regular check-in is at 3pm, but she let me leave my stuff and go back at 12pm. That was only about an hour of waiting or even less. Just enough to have my breakfast. They have a pet cat, it’s the cutest thing ever. Basic necessities are there. Not really a downside for me, but it’s still good to know that you gotta take a 22-step stairs, to get into the elevator. It’s just how it is. It’s in a GREAT location though. Like before entering the elevator, it’s Mala Hotpot. Before taking the stairs, it’s Family Mart. And it’s located inside the Ximending night market area. I’d actually stay here again when I come back. If I’d need a private room versus dorm type. The only thing that needs improvement is cleaning the entire room: they haven’t cleaned the under bed really well. Like I was trying to look for my slippers, so I bent down and saw the previous disposable slippers are there too. False eyelashes. Dust. Hair. Used bottles. But if you think of it, why would you need the under bed cleaned anyway? Well at least for me. It’s not a super big deal. But I remember some people have allergies and this might trigger them. So yeah. It still needs to be improved on. And it might become source of insects, bed bags maybe? or whatsoever. Oh, and the electric pot wasn’t that clean as well. I think we shouldn’t normalize that regardless if it’s not being used often by every guest. I to use the water dispenser outside(which defeats the purpose of having your pwn kettle in your room right). Overall, I’d still stay here for the sake of cheap price, quiet environment and its location.

I booked a single bedroom with a shared bathroom. The location is pretty convenient—it’s near the 7/11 with Sanrio characters. From there, just turn right and you’ll find a few bars, and the check-in place is actually in another building across the street. You do have to walk a few minutes between the check-in area and the rooms, which can feel a bit tiring, especially with luggage. The hotel itself is about 10 minutes away from Ximending. The room was fine for one person, but the air conditioner in my room wasn’t working well. I emailed the staff about it but never got a reply. Since I stayed only three days and didn’t have time to go to the front desk (their service hours start at 9 am and I was already out by then), I just let it go. The shared bathrooms were surprisingly nice. Each floor has two bathrooms, and you can also use the bathrooms on other floors. I never had to wait too long. On my floor, there were six rooms and two toilets, which worked out fine. They also have elevators, so you don’t need to worry about carrying bags up the stairs. Overall, the location and facilities were convenient, but walking between buildings plus the unresponsive staff about the air conditioning were downsides for me.
