I stayed at Superbude St. Pauli and really liked it. The location is great – very central, well connected, and surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. The atmosphere is cozy, and the price was quite fair for Hamburg. I didn’t spend much time in the room, mostly just for sleeping, but it was comfortable. The only small downsides were that the doors tend to slam a bit loudly and the lighting could be brighter. Overall, though, a really good place to stay.

Simple hostel-like Hotel for young budget travelers who don't care too much about space. The single rooms are very small (and so well ventilated) but definitely okay for a stay of a few days, especially considering its central location. The staff was super friendly and very readily available throughout my stay!

Pobyt w Smarments był niesamowitym doświadczeniem! Zgodnie ze swoją nazwą, obiekt jest autentycznie „inteligentny”, oferując bezproblemowe samodzielne zameldowanie za pośrednictwem zaawansowanego systemu cyfrowego. Budynek jest nowoczesny, nieskazitelnie czysty i bardzo dobrze zorganizowany. Szczególnie doceniłem całodobowe wsparcie AI bota WhatsApp, dzięki któremu komunikacja i pomoc były bezproblemowe. Wszystko w naszym pobycie przerosło nasze oczekiwania i naprawdę cieszyliśmy się każdą chwilą. Gorąco polecam Smarments każdemu podróżnikowi – nie zawiedzie się!

first of all, the man at the reception did not check that we had already paid for the room. He presented a bill that needs to be paid now. I said several times that we have already paid for the number and showed a copy of the bill. He denied it, but he did a better search and found that we are already paid. He just said it was the software's fault, not his. I have been flying to Hamburg for almost 3 years and staying for a few days and booking a hotel. I have never had such a misunderstanding in other districts of Hamburg. Upon entering the room, everything was clean, but the bedding had an unpleasant smell..

Leider wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, das eine Baustelle im Hotel für Lärm sorgt. Bitte auch unter den Betten mal saugen. Sonst gerne wieder.

Usługa jest na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo przyjazny personel. W pokoju brakowało mi czajnika i herbaty, cukru i filiżanek, żeby można było sobie zrobić kolejną herbatę, jeśli się chce. Niestety automat z napojami na parterze miał bardzo ograniczony wybór. I brakowało mi sejfu w pokoju. Lokalizacja jest w porządku. Do centrum miasta i teatru am Großmarkt można dojechać w 30 minut komunikacją miejską.

Es passte für mich, Zimmer ruhig, Matratze gut, Einchecken unproblematisch und dazur guter WLAN-Empfang. Mehr brauchte ich nicht.

Lage zur Hamburg-City ist ca. 10km entfernt. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber, klein und fein. Heizung funktioniert super schnell. Man kann gemütlich schlafen. Toll fand ich die Städtenamen als Hotelzimmernummern.

Naprawdę przeciętny hotel, nie ma wiele do powiedzenia. Ściana jest trochę cienka, słyszę nawet chrapanie z sąsiedniego pokoju, ale właściwie jest w porządku. Nie tak blisko stacji metra, ale zaledwie 10 minut spacerem z bagażem. Łóżko było w porządku. Personel jest z dobrym nastawieniem.

因為火車晚點大約凌晨2點半到的酒店，原先預訂的單床房已經沒有了。老闆人非常好，幫忙提箱子，還免費換了一個3床的房間。並且老闆非常熱心，退房後仍可以幫忙照看行李。酒店價格便宜，它的位置離漢堡中心站很近，附近都是小店吃飯購物都比較方便，預算不多的情況下，它確實是一個好選擇。
