Despite its ethnic style, the housekeeping is impeccable – not a speck of dust or sand, even though we're in the desert. The rooms are huge, spacious, with high ceilings. Special thanks for the balcony – mornings started with coffee overlooking the river, and in the evenings we admired the sunsets. The hotel itself is incredibly colorful: bright Nubian colors, ornaments, and distinctive design – it's a feast for the eyes and creates a great mood. The common area is decorated with immense love – it's pleasant to sit there for hours, chatting or reading a book. But the main treasure of this hotel is the staff. Very, very friendly people, always ready to help. I especially want to mention the owner – he's a true host who cares for every guest as if they were family. It's interesting to talk to him; he'll tell you everything about the culture and give sound advice. And, of course, the food – that's a separate art form. Everything is incredibly delicious and very filling. The breakfasts were so hearty that we had enough energy until evening. Be sure to try their fresh juices and Nubian tea – it's divine, and the coffee is excellent too. The only nuance to consider is the internet. It's not the most powerful, but you certainly can't call it weak. We worked remotely, video calls went without serious issues, and email and messengers worked perfectly. So, it was perfectly adequate for remote work. I would return here with great pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend it!”

„當天提早到亞斯文大概中午11點多，民宿老闆聯絡後特地到碼頭來接我們，也幫我們拉行李帶我們到房間，而且馬上就幫我們準備餐點讓我們用餐，叮嚀我們很多在島上可以協助的部分，知道我們想要玩落日風帆也幫我們安排下午四點的船，在這邊你可以無腦地進行旅程，不管你想要包車還是要訂河輪，老闆都可以給你意見，甚至可以協助，在這邊我們度過了很愉快的四天三夜，相較於亞斯文島上的住宿品質，我蠻推薦來象島住宿。”

„We had an absolutely AMAZING TIME! From our airport pick up (which I recommend). Even though it was 2am we were still greeted with fantastic Hibiscus tea from Edres he was fantastic. We were shown around even at that time. In the morning we asked for a call to see the sunrise and that was fantastic as well. In the morning we had a great typical breakfast and then a fantastic tour as well. Rowan and Aya also were wonderful. I would recommend this place to see the true Aswan and tour the Nubian Village. Also, the lunch was fantastic as well. Next time we want to spend more time. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.”
