„Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel. Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us. Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night. Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place”

„The location is superb, within a few minutes' walk to the train station. Eateries are around as soon as you step outside. There's a convenient shop nearby, too (the bakery section is handy if you're not staying with breakfast at the hotel). You could also walk to Jardin de Turia and historical places within that boundary. The reception areas are clean and prettily decorated. Staff are super friendly, and breakfast is of a good range with egg and pancake stations. There's also free tea and coffee throughout your stay in the reception area. The room was enough for two of us with side tables and charging points. There's also a safe for your passport/notebook. The bathroom was clean with a good shower, hairdryer, and hooks for clothes and towels. The table might be on the small size as a work desk, but you could work in the reception area or the rooftop. No towel rail. We had a room with a window looking out to the next building with no traffic underneath, so there was no noise from there. Occasionally, we hear the doors from other rooms. The corridors are a little narrow. The rooftop with dipping pools is a nice hangout place after a day's walk. There's a locker service in their basement for your luggage at very reasonable prices.”

„Lokalizacja: 10/5 tuż obok dworca kolejowego i bardzo blisko większości atrakcji, około 25-30 minut. Do lotniska 1 godzina. Bezpieczeństwo: 3/5, należy pamiętać, że w sypialni nie ma oddzielnej szafki. Jest jednak szatnia, w której można przechować duży bagaż. Nie ma jednak możliwości udowodnienia właściciela, ponieważ każdy po prostu dostaje klucz, wchodzi do pokoju i zabiera, co chce. Przechowalnia bagażu nie jest monitorowana, więc ostatecznie zostawiłem swój bagaż w sypialni. Jedna z pań w moim pokoju podeszła do mojego bagażu dwa razy, ale uciekła, gdy zorientowała się, że ją złapałem. Dlatego muszę trzymać bagaż na łóżku i przypiąć go łańcuchem. Udogodnienia: 1/5, brak ręczników i mydła. Udogodnienia: 3/5, do wspólnego użytku dla 20 osób. Są 2 toalety i 2 prysznice, jednak kuchnia i pomieszczenie socjalne są przyjemne. Polecam osobom, które spędzają mniej czasu w pokoju i noszą mniej rzeczy lub rzeczy o niewielkiej wartości. Zachowaj ostrożność, jeśli zatrzymasz się w pokoju z 10 łóżkami piętrowymi. Możesz mieć trudności z zasypianiem, ponieważ w nocy wiele osób wchodzi i wychodzi, hałasując, mimo że istnieje zasada, aby zmniejszyć hałas po 10 łóżkach, ale oczywiście nie wszyscy podróżni jej przestrzegają.”

„Me alojé una noche en pareja y la experiencia fue excelente. El hotel es moderno, limpio y muy bien cuidado. La habitación, aunque compacta, es cómoda y funcional, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. La ubicación es ideal, cerca del puerto y bien conectada con el resto de la ciudad. Excelente relación calidad-precio, sin duda volvería a elegirlo.”

„Located ar central squarr (plaza del Ayuntament), 4 min walking to the Nord Station. Everything is within 1-15 min walking distance. All the centre is around you. Room is small, but clean.”

„Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo czysto i prywatnie. Pokój jednoosobowy był duży i miał bardzo wygodne łóżko, ładną pościel, komodę, biurko itp. W ogłoszeniu napisano, że jest wspólna łazienka, ale wyglądało na to, że każdy pokój miał własną łazienkę, bardzo miły akcent. Przybyłem późno i musiałem zadzwonić pod numer alarmowy, aby uzyskać pomoc w zameldowaniu, ale obsługa odebrała natychmiast i była bardzo pomocna! Pokoje znajdują się w pięknym starym budynku, ale jedną wadą jest to, że (piękne i jasne) stare okna nie izolują zbyt wiele hałasu ulicznego, więc słyszałem milion śmieciarek i innych pojazdów przez całą noc i wczesny poranek.”

„Przekroczyło moje oczekiwania! Gorąco polecam. Zarezerwowałem pokój dwuosobowy, ale hotel skontaktował się ze mną po kilku dniach, informując, że nie jest dostępny i zaproponował pokój trzyosobowy w tej samej cenie lub z pełnym zwrotem kosztów (chociaż moja rezerwacja była bezzwrotna). Zaakceptowałem nowy pokój i był po prostu świetny! Panoramiczne okna prawie jak balkon. Bardzo czyste i wygodne łóżko. Lodówka w pokoju! I mikrofalówka na korytarzu (chociaż jedna nie była podłączona do prądu, druga na piętrze tak). Przydałby się też czajnik (ale udało mi się podgrzać wodę w mikrofalówce). Doskonałe Wi-Fi. Gospodarz był bardzo miły i wszystko wyjaśnił przy zameldowaniu, możliwe jest samodzielne wymeldowanie wcześnie rano. Żel pod prysznic i szampon zapewnione. Przydałyby się kubki na szczoteczkę do zębów. Na zewnątrz może być głośno (2 piętro), ale zamknąłem okna i było cicho. Słychać trzaski drzwi od sąsiadów – choć w przypadku hotelu to nic dziwnego. Dzielnica jest świetna – supermarket Consum oddalony zaledwie o minutę spacerem, Mercadona – o 5 minut. W okolicy mnóstwo kawiarni. Metro 5 minut spacerem, centrum miasta 30 minut spacerem, bardzo dogodny dojazd do dworca kolejowego.”
