The location was very good,right in front of DAMRI bus from Bendara. Rooms are outdated near a facelift and quite dusty. 10mins walk to Kebun Raya Bogor. Adjacent to hotel is Botani Square. Good value hotel

(+) Lokasi strategis dekat kmn2. Dpt kamar di depan (101) kamar cukup luas dgn kasur single bed. Kamar bersih, wangi, ada kulkas kecil jg. Kamar mandi luas, nyaman & bersih. Next time kalo ke Bogor menginap di Citrus. (-) Bantal agak keras, kurang nyaman. Saluran TV hanya channel lokal Selebihnya oke banget menginap di Citrus

Luar bisa sih parkir di dalam gak kehujanan. Murah juga Terima kasih ya

Good: - Friendly staff, quickly replaced my sheets after mentioning the stained sheets. - Daily water bottles. - Good location (close to Botanical Gardens, Indomaret). - Quiet. - Comfortable mattress. Could be better: - The air conditioning works well, but it's very loud. - The pillows take a few nights to get used to because they're very thick/high. Also they heat up very very fast, so I needed to cover it with a towel. Bad: - Lots of stains on the mattress cover and blankets. Also the towels could look fresher than they did. - It takes ages to get hot water for a shower. - Water pressure is highly irregular.

The room is quite ok for family size. Although I ordered 1 type but why are the room sizes different. Just a little disappointed in the restaurant, the food was late in refilling, and the number of seats was not commensurate with the number of guests who came, maybe because it was seasonal so it was crowded, but the hotel restaurant should have anticipated it. So far woke up. Thx y friendly personnel

Pengalaman pertama menginap di hotel papaho ini, pelayanan baik, respon nya sangat cepat, mambantu sekali, fasilitas kamar dr AC, air hangat, televisi berfungsi dengan baik

If I could give the service and hospitality a 10, I would. The owner is truly welcoming and creates a wonderful atmosphere thanks to his mood and humor. The evenings were very easy and relaxed. If I'm ever in Bogor, I'll try to stay here again.
