„+: The service was really kind and let me check in even though the beds weren't made since I was way too early. The location is really nice not too far away from the train station and close to the sea side promenade and beach. Luggage store room under bed was quite spacious They have an extra room with a small billard table -: only one shower and toilet for men (same for women), so you had to wait sometimes, the most in the morning before check out. Entrance is hard to find in a dark small alley in the corner of a street.”

„Great place to stay and relax! Pros. Have a lot of free services and amenities e.g. free shuttle bus from JR Atami station, Comic room, Free boardgame to use. The best thing of this hotel is food meal! They serve all you can eat snack& drink alcohol served for free at 15-18pm. The buffet both dinner and breakfast are very superb. The dinner is all you can eat BBQ seafood (abalone, crab, shells, shrimp) that you can ask for abalone unlimited, lisewise the breakfast is all you can eat BBQ fish (Kinmedai,Saba, Ham&Sausage) with salad. I do recommend this hotel if you want to have great seafood meal with alcohol. Cons. Very small onsen”

Ccloverlandjay日式旅館，房間正對熱海煙花燃放點，坐在窗口就能觀賞煙花，太棒了。提供的晚餐、早餐太豐盛了，根本吃不下啊！提供家庭風呂，看完煙花泡♨️温泉超預期，滿意太滿意了。

GGuest User首説先房間很適合家庭。它就是一間長在酒店裡的民宿！不是酒店！沒有人員接待，全靠自己！第一次去根本搞不清楚要怎麼進怎麼走。酒店應該是留一半經營酒店，另一半賣出去了。這家酒店在山上，非常偏遠，S彎道盤旋上山，坡度有點大，沒有路燈，非常漆黑，到山上引擎蓋都燙了。我們晚上8點多到，當我們問酒店應該怎麼辦理入住的時候，酒店的人告訴我們是這個建築，但是不走這個門，後面有個小門進入。他們不能為我們辦理入住和提供其他服務。更奇葩的是後面的小門需要密碼。山裡信號非常差，打不開郵箱。遇到了裏面的住户，告訴了我密碼。到了房間門口，發現密碼鎖是壞的。打電話還是語音的，裏面還有香港話的語音。簡直要崩潰了。後面根據語音選項終於轉到人工了，是個日本人，又開始各種確認身份。我在Trip上訂的房間付的款，對方確説她那邊顯示是樂天付款。後面又是姓名人數哪天下單的吧啦吧啦。終於確認好了，她説門鎖是壞了，讓我們打開旁邊電閘門裡面有個帶密碼的小盒子，告訴我們密碼，打開后里面有2把鑰匙，可以開門！當時的心情，真的差到極致！對這個平台也產生了質疑！因為訂單頁面上沒有顯示民宿，根據照片也看不出來是沒有服務人員的民宿！而且又説顯示通過樂天平台訂的，我根本就沒有樂天。我們進房間後連上Wi-Fi看見郵箱裏當天才發的消息，一條一樓鐵門的密碼，一條房間門電子密碼鎖壞了，要開電閘門找密碼小盒子以及小盒子的密碼。真的氣死了。誰出去玩還要沒事兒翻郵箱看，為什麼不打電話呢？ 日語不好的不要訂這種，像我們這樣有突發狀況，你根本搞不清楚。 房間裏面挺乾淨的，就是被套太舊了，都起球了。房間也很大，各種用具齊全，適合家庭入住。

KKunduSouravThis is a traditional Japanese Ryokan style hotel. All instructions are in English however, means there are foreigners regularly staying here. There is a open air onsen (hot bath) which is very pleasant. Must be reserved in advance. Drinks can be bought at 200 yen a pop. This is a fully unmanned Ryokan meaning it self check in and self checkout ! The rooms are very small (4 meter square) which barely fits a bed. Pictures on the travel sites about the rooms in this hotel are deceiving ! The location is sort of OK from Kinomiya station but it's quite far from Atami city center and Atami sun beach . We took at taxi which was 1200 yen. Kinomiya Jinja is 25 minutes by foot.
