Hotel był świetny. Byliśmy w Hakone dla Onsen (Hotel źródła), a hostel był w pobliżu wielu z nich. Staff był bardzo pomocny i entuzjastyczny. Hostel oferuje również interesujący obiad, ale nie spróbowaliśmy go. Budynek i wnętrze wyglądało bardzo japoński tradycyjny. Bardzo doceniane za zanurzenie w Japonii!

Специфичное местечко. Коробочка, идти хоть и недалеко в целом до любого места в Хаконе, к отелю топать в горку. Странно работает горячая вода в кранах. Девушка на ресепшене очень силая и отлично знает инглиш, подробно рассказывает о свей возможностях, я просила забронировать горячий источник, она без проблем согласилась (всё было занято по итогу)

Traditional style; we booked a room with private outdoor onsen. We tried both private onsen and communal onsen but honestly the water in communal ones was hotter, if you don’t mind sharing the onsen with others. The dinner set and breakfast set were excellent! The room and common facilities were clean and tidy, and I don’t feel they were worn. Although the staff (the receptionist) might not be good in English speaking, they tried their best and used mobile app translator to explain to us patiently the rules and arrangements for our stay. For us, the price is reasonable with such high quality of service and facilities!

We loved this experience! After travelling from Tokyo that morning and all around Hakone, we were wrecked by the time we got to the accommodation. The hosts offer free collection from the bottom of the cable car. We text them saying we would be arriving in 10 minutes and they had someone waiting for us. The check in was smooth and the hosts are very accommodating, have good English and will do anything they can to help you. We had a room with a Mt. Fuji view who was on show for a few hours. They then brought us in a shuttle to a nearby restaurant and the restaurant brought us back to the accommodation. The accom was very big for the two of us and we found the beds really comfy. We also got private onsen for 30 mins (available between 10-11pm) for only 2,000 yen. In the morning, they dropped us back (again free) to our bus stop. We loved this whole experience and calm back feeling relaxed and revived. Couldn’t recommend more!

*The guest villa was nice, clean, and comfortable.* We had a small issue at check-in though. The check-in email only came in at 4:30 PM, but we arrived at 3:00 PM. Plus our room was changed from 201 to 101, so the code we got didn’t work. Luckily the staff was there when we arrived and helped us check into the new room quickly. *Facilities:* Washing machine is paid - 6kg for 400 Yen. Dryer is 100 Yen for 30 mins but clothes don’t get fully dry, so we still had to hang them out. The drying area is small but clean enough. Bathroom was clean too and overall facilities are good. A very pleasant visit to kind, simple and peaceful people. I like a lot the location of the homestay, out of the center, up hill, need to move your ass to reach it. The hottest onsen I’ve been haha but also the most comfy as it’s private. I miss Rum already, what a nice dog, same as all the staff. A really worthy stop in Hakone with local people who feel real in an area full of tourism. Thanks a lot for taking care of my bags after my check in, those gestures are the ones that really count!

第一次自由行去日本，想體驗和式住宿，網上找了很多，日式房間外面有植物的一般都幾千塊人民幣，而且得好幾個月前預訂。找到這家真的讓我偷笑，符合我的預期，日式房間，外面是樹林，孩子帶温泉，東西配置很齊全。有一點是日式房間隔音差一點，隔壁有個白人小寶哭，聽的很清楚。但就哭了一會兒，其他時候都非常安靜。出門在外，大家之間都很有禮貌，很親和。上週剛去，下午6點多就天黑了，下午3點開始辦理入住，所以計劃好時間，天亮的時候去附近便利店轉轉，也有本地人開的餐廳，飯不錯，也不貴。專門拍了很多照片，分享給大家，希望對大家有幫助。我定的房間不帶早餐，裏面有餐廳可以另外點餐。這是温泉鎮，過去的話我們先玩，然後坐公交過去的，下了公交走幾分鐘很快就到了。

Nestled in a peaceful corner of Mt. Hakone, yet conveniently connected by bus, only a 5-10 mins walk. This charming little hotel offered an unforgettable immersion into Japanese culture, complete with tatami-matted floor, soft futon bedding and soothing onsen. With it's effortless check in and out, it's perfect for travelers seeking tranquility and authenticity without sacrificing to much convenience. Pros: If you plan to visit the Hakone pirate ship and the Hakone ropeway at Togendai, it will give you an early start because it's only 11 minutes by bus. Con: To get to the hotel you will need to go up a little hill, not too hard, but if you have a lot of luggage it could be a bit of a challenge (But it's an easy walk back to the bus stop) Be mindful of the bus time getting to the hotel as the bus tends to end around 5:00 p.m. Also, there aren't any places to eat near the hotel, so you may need to take food with you, order breakfast with the hotel or buy some snacks and instant noodles from the hotel shop.

A nice cozy home right near the main train station. Easy access to transportation and right in the heart of the town. The house had many beds to choose from and good separation of rooms. A stocked kitchen and laundry machine was a bonus. The only slight bother was that the space in front of the toilet was very narrow and it was slightly uncomfortable to be on the toilet. Also there are cockroaches that come in at night, but this is fairly normal in Japan. The walk up to the house consists of many stairs and is not suitable for persons with handicaps/mobility issues.

Nos encantó este hotel, es mucho más mono en la realidad que en las fotos. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Tienen baños de uso privado, dos interiores y dos exteriores. Muy limpios y con todo lo necesario (gel, champú, acondicionador, secador de pelo, etc.). No tuvimos ningún problema para usarlos ya que siempre había uno libre. Se escuchaba un poco el ruido de las otras habitaciones pero los huéspedes son respetuosos. El personal muy servicial también. Puedes coger prestado zapatillas, yukatas (estos también para ir al baño exterior), paraguas, y tomar agua fría o caliente y té. La habitación tenía mesa, un balconcito con nevera, otra mesa junto a la ventana y lavabo. No pasamos nada de frío ya que había muchísimas mantas y una bomba de aire. También televisor y deshumificador, aunque no los usamos. Algunos comentarios dicen que la ubicación no es muy buena o que no hay restaurantes alrededor. Para nosotros la ubicación era correcta ya que está bien conectado a 2 minutos de las paradas de buses y tren. Había un restaurante justo enfrente pequeñito pero muy rico y bien de precio que abre hasta las 10 pm. Teniendo en cuenta que era de las opciones más baratas en Hakone para las fechas y con la posibilidad de disfrutar de onsen de forma privada, nos pareció que estaba muy muy bien.
