Obsługa bardzo miła i uczynna. Otrzymałam wiele wskazówek, które były dla mnie bardzo cenne. Blisko lini metra. Prysznic wydzielony tylko dla kobiet ze świetnym zaopatrzeniem w kosmetyki dla osób,które dbają o skórę. Polecam. Jeśli tylko kiedykolwiek zawitam do Osaki to napewno wrócę.

5/5　　Vacation ❘ Solo --- This is the kind of hotel you want to return to each time you're in Osaka. The hotel is very new, so everything is exceptionally clean, crisp and gives the feeling of a much more expensive hotel. LOBBY The Lobby area is open, bright and fresh - with a few tables, a bench, with power-points. There's a drinks vending machine and a very high quality coffee/matcha machine at reception which is free to use!! Also a hot-water dispenser and a Microwave available 24/7. There are also separate toilets there. There's a huge TV which you can use to log into all your favourite streaming apps. There's an isolated smoking area for those of you that would need it. They have 3 Laundry washing machines and 3 dryers - which will only cost 480 Yen for a full load to wash and dry. (Get the detergent from reception, and follow the instructions on the door for a warm dry cycle, as it defaults to cool!!) Just ask at reception if you need help!! Internet WiFi speeds are nice and fast.. about 200mb/sec up/down. Which I found to be much higher than average in the places I've stayed in Japan! They have 100 Yen (Returned) Coin-Lockers here which can be used free of charge for 24hrs before/after your stay! ROOMS A lift is available to all floors. The rooms are clean, and adequately sized. The facilities are faultless. Sparkling clean. I like the Japanese-styled toilet, shower/bath, and sink. The lighting in the room is good. The AC is new, so works very well - Ask at reception if you need translation on the remote buttons. This hotel also provides free toothbrushes, razors, hairbrush, bath powder, slippers, bath robe, and if you need to borrow and return - Phone chargers (USB-C and Lightning), Kettle, Iron. All rooms have a small TV, hair-dryer and a packet of earbuds to help you sleep. LOCATION The location is excellent. Straight off the Dobutsuen-mae stop on the Midosuji (red) Line - this makes transit to/from anywhere exceptionally easy and convenient. Yet you can also walk to many local restaurants and shops in this area. You're in the heart of a very touristy area! You have SpaWorld Onsen and Tennoji Zoo within walking distances. So, yes, you are going to hear road noise/sirens and trains running - just use the free ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. I am a light sleeper, but slept very well here - The new beds and new bedding go a long way towards comfort! STAFF All of the staff are warm, polite, and can't do enough to help you enjoy your stay here. Very friendly, almost like a Guest-house style. They really appreciate it if you try to speak Japanese with them. Although they can speak English and will use translate if needed. They take an interest and take time to speak with Guests - If there's anything you need, don't be shy and ask - They will try to help!

Pros: 1. Room and toilet is clean and amenities are provided. Will not provide picture of the rooms as is exactly like in the picture. 2. Soundproof was actually good as there is a small balcony overseeing train station and I like the view of it. 3. Walking distance, approx 10 mins or more depending on your walking speed to Tsutentaku, Shinsekai or Donki. 4. I highly would like to say “Arigato” and praise the host for responding to all my questions before checking in and during my check-in progress (when I encounter issue). They respond to all my queries on time. 5. The train station located nearby has JR, Metro or Nankai lines, which can bring you directly to Minoh-Kayano Station, Tennoji, Namba, Umeda, Osaka or Kansai Airport. A proper planning is require to take your require train. Cons: 1. We have 2 medium and 1 small luggages and barely can open full 2 medium luggage despite having a closet. 1 small luggage can be open fully in the middle between the 2 beds but it will block the walking to the balcony (if require to go there). 2. The kitchen and toilet area, gets quite cold during the night and the heater cannot reach that area. Not sure if the floor has a warmer. 3. Despite there is a train station nearby, still require to walk approx. 8 mins above depending on your walking speed. If you are coming with JR train, there were no lift or escalator at the nearby exit to the stay. We had to carry all the luggages down till the exit. However, if you are taking Nankai lines to the airport, then no issue with the luggage as there are 1 lift operating at the nearby entrance. 4. The road at night gets quite lonely and scary if you are walking alone but I believe is alright in Japan. 5. No eateries/restaurants and convenience mart within the 5 mins walk. Overall, I enjoy my stay here and I always stay at this area during my travel to Osaka due to lesser crowd and convenience to reach airport. One thing to note, do complete all the pre-registration that the host has email you in order for a smooth check-in. Again, I would like to thank the host for the great hospitality and responding to my queries.

Amazing capsule hotel experience in Namba worth your every yen! This place made me rethink the idea of capsule hotels! If you’re a solo traveler, this is an excellent choice - very affordable and right at the center of the action. Rooms were a bit toasty, I would prefer them cooler. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to crank up the AC as it is centralized. As expected, it is a double decker and very compact, but it has enough space for a tall guy, I’m a short king so everything was great. Each capsule has a TV and enough sockets to charge your devices. Beds were alright. You’ll still have decent privacy despite the capsule set up. This is a mostly self-service hotel. You take some of the amenities (toothbrushes, combs, etc) and they also provide you indoor clothes you can wear while inside the hotel and in the sauna, onsen and bathrooms. Towels are provided everyday or you can ask them at the counter. I like that they keep it very clean. They clean the public areas everyday. The only downside is probably the space at the lockers, so you would need to manage your clothes, toiletries, etc very well especially when the luggages fill up the space. The location was the best part of staying at this hotel. Right next to it was a 7-Eleven so you know you’re covered with everything you need. It’s a few minutes walk to the Namba MRT station. It’s very accessible and it’s at the heart of Osaka. A pretty solid 4/5 for me. I will definitely stay again when I solo travel to Osaka!

This was not my first hostel experience, and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. Let’s start with the positive aspects first: The location was absolutely perfect — I don’t think you could find a better place to stay in Namba. Everything was close by, and getting around was very easy. Also, the staff were extremely, extremely friendly, and we received fresh towels every day, which I really appreciated. Now, onto the things that bothered me: First, the cleanliness: It wasn’t really clean. In the showers, there was always a lot of hair and dirt in the gaps where you enter and exit, which was quite unpleasant. During my stay, someone vomited in the public sink area, and it was not cleaned up overnight — it was still there even at 10 a.m. the next morning. Because of that, the house smelled strongly of vomit for a while. That night, and in general, there was often an unpleasant smell in the kitchen area as well. Without wanting to discriminate, I noticed that many older people were staying at the hostel (since apparently there was no age restriction). Some of them would loudly clear their throats and spit phlegm into the sinks, even early in the morning, which was quite disturbing and unhygienic. Another issue was the temperature: The room was extremely hot at night, and since so many people were sleeping in one room, the air became very stuffy. Even inside your capsule, it was uncomfortably warm. One last point: On the day of arrival, the address on Trip.com was wrong, which made it very hard to find the hostel. It took me almost an hour and a half to find it, especially because it was very hidden with no clear signage outside. I really hope that in the future, there will also be an age limit for guests.

Stayed at Jakotel Namba and overall it’s a good budget option in a very convenient area. The biggest plus is the location — close to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, and multiple train lines, so getting around Osaka is easy. The pods are more spacious than a typical capsule, clean, and comfortable enough for a short stay. Common areas, toilets, and showers were generally well maintained. I also appreciated the simple extras like free tea/coffee and pajamas. That said, there are a few things to be aware of. The hotel is fully self check-in, which is fine if you’re used to it, but may feel a bit confusing at first and there’s limited staff support. During busy hours, showers and bathrooms can get crowded, and some lockers/locks feel a bit finicky. Overall, this is a good value-for-money stay if you’re a solo traveler or don’t need full hotel service. Not luxury, but clean, practical, and hard to beat for the location

This place is absolutely amazing! Everything you can make online, super clean and in a very convenient location. It looks just renovate and exactly like in trip photos. The only thing I didn't like was that the only showers for so many people are located on the 1st floor and you have to go up and down with the elevator every time. The price during weekdays is very cheap for Japan

Odwiedziłem Osakę niezliczoną ilość razy, ale to był mój pierwszy pobyt w tym hotelu. Zatrzymałem się tam w sumie na 3 noce. Początkowo byłem uprzedzony do tej okolicy, ponieważ wydawała się trochę onieśmielająca, ale po pobycie tutaj zdałem sobie sprawę, że jest w rzeczywistości dość spokojna i czysta. Byłem pod wielkim wrażeniem i z pewnością rozważę ponowny pobyt tutaj podczas przyszłych podróży do Osaki. Hotel znajduje się niedaleko stacji. Jest wiele wyjść, a jeśli masz ciężki bagaż, dostępne są windy. W pobliżu znajduje się również sklep spożywczy i automaty z napojami. Przyjechałem do Osaki wczesnym rankiem nocnym autobusem. Początkowo zamierzałem zapytać hotel, czy mogę zostawić bagaż, ale na szczęście udało mi się od razu zameldować w pokoju. Personel był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny, chociaż ich angielski miał japoński akcent. Byli w stanie udzielić mi wszystkich niezbędnych informacji. (Jeśli planujesz przyjechać do hotelu przed godziną zameldowania, skontaktuj się bezpośrednio z hotelem, aby dowiedzieć się o jego zasadach.) Mój pokój był jednoosobowy o powierzchni 11 m², czyli około 3x4 metry. Mogłem zmieścić moją 28-calową walizkę na podłodze w korytarzu. W pokoju było łóżko, biurko, krzesło, szafka nocna, mini lodówka, telewizor (którego nie używałem), szklanki, kosz na śmieci, kapcie i ręczniki. Łóżko nie było najwygodniejsze, ale było do przyjęcia, biorąc pod uwagę cenę i jakość hotelu. Biurko było wystarczająco duże, abym mógł pracować na laptopie i nadal mieć miejsce na makijaż i przekąski. Łazienka była mała, ale czysta. Miała prysznic, wannę, automatyczną toaletę i udogodnienia, takie jak mydło i szampon. Wspólna część hotelu miała kilka miejsc pracy, które były wystarczające dla liczby gości. Internet hotelowy był bardzo szybki, zarówno w pokoju, jak i w częściach wspólnych. Jeśli podróżujesz służbowo, ten hotel będzie świetną opcją. Kuchnia była mała, ale funkcjonalna, z kuchenką mikrofalową, kuchenką elektryczną, zlewem i oddzielnymi koszami na śmieci. Była też pralnia z pralkami i suszarkami na monety. Nie korzystałem z tej usługi, ale myślę, że można wymienić monety w lobby hotelowym.

This is my second time staying here, and the location is incredibly convenient for shopping. Everyone is quiet, and there's a kitchen. I'll definitely be back next time!

It's old and run-down , but the staffs are friendly and price is not high. A good place for short staying
