Jest lepiej niż się spodziewałem. Pierwszy raz mieszkam w schronisku młodzieżowym. Ponieważ hotele w Amsterdamie są naprawdę drogie, nie wiem, czy tylko w tym okresie, czy zwykle jest tak drogo. Z Dworca Centralnego można dojść do hotelu w ciągu 10 minut.Do Muzeum Van Gogha idzie się pieszo 20 minut.Zajmuje to ponad minutę i pół godziny.Dzień, w którym przebywałem w pokoju był bardzo cichy.Wszyscy świadomie weszli i położyli się.Nikt nie rozmawiał, nie t cały czas wchodził i wychodził i nie wracał późno w nocy. Całe szczęście. W pokoju na 6 osób jest 4 mężczyzn bez względu na płeć. Nie hałasowałem podczas snu. Ciocia w dolna prycza waliła głośno od początku do końca. Ale byłem zbyt śpiący i nadal spałem. Całkowita cena ze śniadaniem wyniosła ponad 200. Dlatego wybrałem to miejsce. Bo było tanie. Haha. Śniadanie było całkiem satysfakcjonujące. Ponieważ jest bezpłatny to wymagania nie są wygórowane.W automacie z napojami śniadaniowymi jest ciepła woda i termos do napełnienia.Pokój ma kartę drzwiową do wejścia i przeciągnięcia.Bez karty nie jest trudno wejść Nie jest źle.W pokoju są szafki i zamki.Ogólnie dobrze.Głównie tanio

Super great hostel! Loved it very much. The location of the hostel is really convenient and you could basically go to major attractions in Amsterdam by walking for a few minutes like the red light district, the Dam square and more importantly the Central station. Though it is a large room that has quite a number of residents, everyone respected each other’s privacy and they did not make loud noises. The receptionists were super nice and helpful and they spoke good English. I would definitely recommend this place to y’all.

Lokalizacja była niesamowita. Tuż obok stacji kolejowej/metra i tylko około 20 minut do centrum miasta. Jedynym minusem jest brak czajnika z gorącą wodą. Trzeba kupić wodę z automatu w holu, a nie było mikrofalówki, żeby podgrzać jedzenie w razie potrzeby. Więc jeśli ktoś podjada wieczorem (kolacja itp.), musi znaleźć sposób na wyjście. Nie da się nawet zrobić zupy w saszetkach ani kawy/herbaty, bo nie ma ciepłej wody :(

The location is great, right in downtown and very convenient walking around in the center of Amsterdam. Room was especially small, not a big hotel, think they gave me their smallest room with a view of the internal air-well in the basement. The room was not even big enough to open up my luggage completely so I had to unpack out a few clothing as I was staying there for a few nights and luckily able to store my closed luggage beneath the bed. Toilet was small but looked as if it was recently upgraded in the last few years, it looked fairly new although there were some drain flies flying around in the toilet and could have been cleaned or exterminated better. Bed was surprisingly a double for such a small room and was comfortable enough. I had an issue with the receptionist opening my room door without knocking at all while I was stark naked and about to head into the toilet for a shower. Did not think that it was professional no matter the reason for doing so - apparently she was confused and open up the wrong door. Knocking on door and waiting for an answer should be a universal practice by all hospitality staff across any hospitality properties. Room was expensive for the size but it was centrally located and comfortable enough.

We had been really concerned after pre paying this hotel then reading bad reviews that had us convinced we would need to wear plastic suits the entire visit,, so I thought I'd give my review based around the concerns we had read, to try and be helpful ! some of the things were true , the sheets did come off the bed on mine but I wiggle but my friends both stayed on their beds. super annoying but I just slid it back on and you can always throw your cover over it instead and ask for another . Fortunately we didn't come across the bed bugs people mentioned !, the cat seemed happy and not flea ridden.. however the room was clean enough , no obvious mould. The beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom was clean and quite nice It wasn't huge but had ample.space for our things in the triple person room . It's an old building with narrow windy stairs I'm glad the elevator worked. it's not a relax and sit in all day hotel..it's a place to sleep , shower ...charge your phone and keep your belongings. The coffee machine was fine as far as basic goes. The staff were fine There was a fifty euro deposit on the desk, we just asked for a receipt after other things mentioned in reviews and were given a written one with no problem on leaving . We were offered one free housekeeping day as we stayed 4 nights but opted not to use it due to theft mentioned in reviews.. We stayed at the main hotel so I don't know if all the bad reviews were from the other or we just got lucky with our room but we had no problems, and when I went rustling down before hours looking for coffee the guy did help me before reception opened. It's no paradise of a place , there are marks on the walls but faint...if you're fussy it's not the place for you but for the price and location, we really didn't mind it . It's a super great location as a base with a trendy area behind it And a really cool vegan restaurant a tiny walk away a pub downstairs and metro train a stone's throw away If you have the option to pay on arrival ask to see.your room first.you could take that route Just to be safe, but all up it was fine..3 women travelling together there was no unsafe feeling there . We didn't find it noisy.

The hotel is one star itself with no lift. One has to carry luggage upstairs at lease one level (to level 1) or to level 3 with steep stairs. The very good part is location. The breakfast is so so and the coffee is ok.

In general, this hotel is fair, especially with its great location. The city tram stop is just downstairs and there are 2 metro stations nearby. Just the hotel is a bit run-down; everywhere gives you an aged feeling. But it’s a tidy and clean hotel. The shower head is slightly broken with water leaking from its head, so need to take notice when using it hot and some damages to the mirror etc. Also if you have heavy luggage and suitcases, do take notice of the steep staircases. There is no elevator.
