This home backs up onto the IC waterway and is about 100 yards from beach access. New bathrooms and floors in 2020! Huge screened porch with views of both the ocean and the waterway. Outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Driveway holds 3 cars comfortably but can squeeze 4-5 cars.
