I noticed almost imperceptible sweat stains on the pillow. The shampoo and shower gel bottles were almost empty. The air conditioning had a musty smell. However, the room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was also good. The taxi service was reasonably priced, even cheaper than Grab, but the SIM card was much more expensive than what you could buy in the city. The owner is very friendly.

Hello, I stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was nice, but it was dirty, there were stains everywhere, hair, and insects were flying. It was quiet. There is a river nearby, along which you can run 3 kilometers in one direction. Transport accessibility, BTR 01, 10 minutes and you are in the center.

Booked this hotel as it was right next to the Hanoi Railway station ~ 1-2 min walking distance. Staff let us check in afew hours early. Room was very spacious and quite comfortable for a day stay. The toilet was relatively clean although there is some rust here and there. Aircon worked well. Very affordable and a steal. Walkable to Hanoi train street via Old Quarter

I got there late at night due to a storm and flight delay. I could see something was wrong as the person behind the desk wasn't giving me a key but seemed in trouble. I thought that they gave away my room and I will have a paid reservation with no room to sleep in. As another person showed up and they talked a lot in front of me in Vietnamese I started to get really concerned. It was raining, I was tired, I paid for the room and the ride here. Eventually I was told that the heavy rain is getting through the roof in the room they have and it's leaking from the corner but the bed isn't affected. I was offered a full refund if I wanted to cancel it. The translation and my interpretation was that it's what they want me to do. I got upset. In the end I understood that I can take the room if I want too but it is not ideal now. I asked to see it and I was fine with it. Dripping from two corners and towels on the floor to catch it. I'm not picky and I was too tired to care. No wet bed so I was ok. I just am only suggesting that in the future they explain right away the situation and offer either full refund if the guest doesn't want to stay or partial refund if staying but inconvenienced. Anyway, besides that, the place is near the airport, a 50,000 motorbike ride away. There are a few small stores and places to eat nearby. Besides the unfinished construction inside the building, that doesn't look appealing the room seemed clean. For the price is not a bad deal, even with a hard to start shower and a bathroom door handle out. :)

Can trip.com help this hotel improve when it comes to cleanliness so that no one will be a victim of insects and at least what we paid for is worth it. I cant imagine myself on my stay in this hotel that I jumped out from my bed because the rat pass near my forehead while I was just resting and because of this I was awake until morning. They transfer me to another room but cant still sleep due the noise near my room. They transfer me again for the 3rd room,but I just really survived on my 3rd day because I get tired of telling them. On the third room,there is a fly, ants and other small insects. I dont know how they clean. So traumatic experience with the mouse,in my whole life,first time I experience rat crawling near my forehead and even the rat enjoy big bite on my bread that I place in my bag. Please trip.com,help this hotel improve if possible because I like to book hotels and flights thru trip.com.I was not able to take photos of the rat because of my nervousness that time.

Checkout is at 11am. I had a bus to another city in the evening, the owner allowed me to check out at 4pm. I recommend it.

It was pretty good experience for me. Because they have a coffee shop upstair which run by young people of Hanoi, very nice people. Without booking this hotel, i would never knew them. The people here are warm, also if you are tourist, you need to aware that the front main door of the hotel is closed before mid night. I think which is cool somehow with proper security but the disadvantage is you can't come back hotel anytime, altought you can, it very bad feeling to wake the security guy up everytime. the price is very suitable and its on the way to High way and town, great location not so far from town and not so close.
