„Hotel is near Interlaken West train starting, which allows us to travel to various attractions easily. Can see many paraglider from our balcony! Cleanness is fine, staff were friendly. The provision of fridge and microwave at the lounge to allow guest to keep their food and heat it helped a lot as our visit fell on Sunday and most of the shops were closed at the area. Amenities is okay and the wifi connection is great. (note: no bottled water given, states that tap water is drinkable)”

„Przepraszam, że tak długo zwlekałam z wystawieniem recenzji, bo właśnie wróciłam do domu. Jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni hotelowi Hey za uratowanie naszych wakacji w Szwajcarii! Pierwotnie zarezerwowaliśmy pobyt w Airbnb (aby doświadczyć pobytu w domu) w pobliżu dworca kolejowego Interlaken West. Ku naszemu przerażeniu, po zameldowaniu, mieszkanie było obrzydliwie brudne i cuchnęło zgnilizną. Co więcej, przed budynkiem trwały roboty drogowe, a ochrona apartamentu pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Natychmiast zarezerwowaliśmy nasz pozostały pobyt w Hey i nasza podróż została uratowana! Obsługa, dżentelmen w okularach, zapewniła nam bezpłatne zameldowanie wcześnie rano i awans do najlepszego pokoju dla czterech osób — bez żadnych pytań! Dostaliśmy czysty pokój z najlepszym widokiem. Śniadanie było niesamowicie bogate. I to w znacznie niższej cenie niż Airbnb, które oferowało tylko spalone przyprawy, brudną, zepsutą toaletę i lepką, tłustą podłogę.”

„Great location right next to Interlaken West station, which makes getting around super easy. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Rooms are comfortable but a bit on the small side, and some amenities like a fridge would have been nice. Overall, a very good stay — convenient and reliable base for exploring the area. Thank you for the hospitality”

„Friendly staffs especially the lady serving breakfast and coffee, great location, big and clean room, upgraded our 2 single room to a 2 double room, really nice gesture. I had to leave 6am for a day trip to Jungfraujoch and was given a packed breakfast, really really appreciated the good effort. Keep it up !”

„Stayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).”

„All hotel staff that I met were extremely friendly. Room was clean, windows opened to give fresh and cool air to the room which is necessary due to the lack of air conditioning. Fan is available to circulate the air. Bed is comfortable, and there’s a shoe horn in the room! Water pressure is average and TV is not smart, but who needs a TV when you’ve got such a great view from the balcony”

„The hotel is located near Interlaken West train station, about a 10-minute walk. There is a Coop supermarket on the way, which is very convenient. Overall, the location is quite good. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was a simple continental-style breakfast, but still nice and satisfying. The room was clean and well maintained. However, my room was located in the back section of the building. I chose this hotel mainly because it was advertised as having a mountain view. From the balcony, you can see the mountain… but only the edge of it 😂 Overall, a pleasant stay with good service and location, but the mountain view was a bit limited compared to expectations.”

„I have stayed at this hotel for 2 days.   I liked the heating in the room because it was very cold and dark outside after 5 p.m. The heating was great for cold weather. Also, the breakfast was good, with a variety of tasty dishes. The staff serving breakfast were very kind and attentive, especially Frank, who was professional in serving the guests.   However, the single room’s amenities were not very good. The bedsheet had dark spots near the charging station located at the head of the bed. There was a clog in the sink’s pipe, and water didn’t drain properly. The view was not pleasant as it faced a building under refurbishment. Additionally, the staff at check-in were unable to provide sufficient information about local sightseeing and dining options; they only recommended one restaurant.”
