We had an incredible first experience skiing in Anji! Our homestay was simply outstanding. The room we booked was not only spacious and impeccably clean but also felt like a cozy retreat after a long day on the slopes. Our room was facing Mother Nature, with a great view of mountains and the morning sun that shines into our room and energises us before our breakfast. What truly made our stay special was the owner, who was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They kindly offered to drive us to the drop off point at the ski resort, which was a thoughtful touch. The highlight of our trip were the delicious, sumptuous Chinese dishes prepared personally by the owner—each meal was a delightful and wholesome culinary experience that we longed for and looked forward to every day! Our kids absolutely adored the homestay, treating it like their own cosy play area. The owner treated them like their family and warmly welcomed them to do just that, which made our stay even more memorable. In addition to the fantastic room, we were thrilled to have full access to a washing machine, dryer, and even a karaoke system! These amenities made our stay even more convenient and fun. Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to return for another memorable skiing adventure! We highly recommend this homestay for those who wants a spacious retreat for a quiet getaway from the busy city life.

做服務，做酒店，這幾年酒店行業這麼的卷，在今天這個時間還有一家能把服務做那麼好那麼捨得在客人身上投入資金的民宿已經很少見了，我去過21個國家住過上百個民宿，在日本服務業那麼卷的地方工作學習過，體驗過在全世界被服務行業最頂級的國家的服務這家民宿的體驗感仍然讓我不得不主動去寫好評.如果有人來安吉，或者來安吉度假這家，這家店的體驗感一定是超前的，你能真正看到一個團結的團隊和真心把你當家人的一羣可愛的人，做服務行業，我一直覺得假客氣或者説順着你話是已經是能夠讓客人感到很舒服的體驗了，但這家店真正做到了什麼叫把你當作自家人.他們做到了一個服務業的最高境界.同時因為老闆非常重視產品品質的原因店裡的各個細節把控也做的很好，甚至到達了你使用的浴巾和牙刷.阿姨們會親切的問你餓了麼會給你煮餃子吃，管家小哥會給你提行李，泡温泉的一趟趟帶你上山下山，甚至老闆面對小朋友想要打遊戲他也會主動過去陪着小朋友打遊戲.一個好的服務業企業他需要好的好的產品，但人的善良或者説人對人本身的交流才是詮釋了這家民宿做到的最高境界吧.如果你想過來度假可以試試這家民宿我想它不會讓你失望的.

The hotel is located in a small village at the heart of the bamboo forest, which offers stunning views on the surrounding mountains and tea fields. The rooms are nicely decorated and pretty well equipped. The personal is very kind and try to be helpful. That being said, our stay was not as good as we had expected because the bedroom and the restaurant were freezing cold. When we first arrived in our room the heating was off so we had to turn it on, which was fine, however 5h later it was still only 17°c in the room and it was already getting dark… We complained and the staff kindly offered to upgrade us to a room which was supposed to be warmer and it was, but only by one or two degrees depending on the hour of the day. The restaurant was only 10°c so we had to eat with jackets and hats on. The floor heating had not been turned on yet unfortunately. So if you consider staying at this hostel during Autumn/Winter make sure to ask if the floor heating is on before booking.

看着照片找過來住了兩晚，價格還可以，住宿體驗超預期，衞生什麼都很好，一次性的浴巾啥的都有，周圍很安靜，山裡空氣很好，門的隔音有點不好，房間裏備有降噪耳機睡覺可以用。沒有什麼擋風景的建築，晚上有篝火烤紅薯活動，有泡湯可以預約，入住有下午茶，沒事就可以去1樓坐坐喝喝茶跟老闆聊聊天，泳池露天的天冷沒開，天熱了應該會開。房卡衹有一張，拔了窗簾自動打開，這個有點尬[笑哭]再叫小度關窗簾。影音體驗很好，屏幕很大，榻榻米的雙床都很大，投影裏app或者自己投都很好，網速很快。早飯比較簡單，饅頭麪條番薯啥的，或者可以叫阿姨下面或者餛飩吃。沒有咖啡，需要的可能要去隔壁古茗點😂。景點的話在熊貓和雲草客運中心中間，去哪裡都還可以，自駕會比較方便，都有停車場。這兩天淡季都基本滿房，説明大家對這家還是比較認可的。吃飯的話可以到下面熊貓停車場周圍一圈都是飯店農家樂。希望老闆再接再厲，平時做好養護，查漏補缺。還有景點二維碼可以掃，價格很便宜，可以跟點評對比一下，甚至更便宜一點。很少用點評，單純覺得可以給大家推薦一下。[點贊]

小夥伴選的民宿風景真挺不錯，他家早餐在淡季的民宿算種類很齊全因為有酸奶哈哈。客房阿姨打掃都消毒，我自帶的一次性用品都沒用他們客房裡都有，衞生特別乾淨放心。KTV超級大哦包了2小時唱K也給了優惠。還有棋牌室免費玩這次沒時間，下次可以考慮來住兩晚。晚餐是管家給我們打包好送到房間的服務很到位，會推薦給其他夥伴。

I had a really nice stay at Little Forest Guesthouse. Sam, the manager, was super helpful the whole time. His English was great, and he made everything easy for us. We arrived pretty late, around 9:20 PM, and he still waited to help us check in, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was tasty, and the service felt genuine and friendly. The place itself is quiet, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful views. I’m very happy with the stay and would definitely come back again. We had a group of 10 seniors so it was really really shocking to find out there were about 50 steps from the parking lot to the hotel entrance. The manager offered to help with the luggage as we arrive, but he tried to make an excuse not to do so when we left. The facility was really well maintained (fortunately as shown as the website), rooms were spacious and everything was kept tidy and organized. The breakfast included was quite good, but the set dinner at RMB120/pp almost doubled the price from places at the bottom of the mountain. Staff were all quite sweet, and very supportive when we asked for hot water or so. A quite pleasant experience!

The hotel is high in the mountain and surrounded by trees. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The person at the reception was helpful. I booked the loft suite, which was nice in design and very spacious with a second floor connected by stairs. Nice balcony and an open air bathtub on the second floor terrace. I liked that the tab water in the kitchen sink was filtered (there was a fridge, but no stove) The restaurant food is nice and breakfast buffet is small and simple but tasty (if you like Chinese breakfast like my family does). Amenities were slippers , comb, toothbrush if you need. Shampoo and body wash in the room. The hotel would be nicer if they paid more attention to maintenance and cleanliness. Housekeeping should clean a bit better. Our room floor was not very clean in the corners and the Japanese style toilet was not so clean. Some parts of the hotel facade and ceiling are damaged. The pool had no water and I didn’t see anything written in ctrip that is seasonal.

We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
