„1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.”

„My wife and I stayed at this hotel for about a week after she had fallen Ill. Thanks to the incredible and kind staff, my wife and I pulled through this tough time as foreigners in China. They helped us with our visits to the hospital, helped my wife get everything she needed to get better and were always available, even late at night. The Kaiping Tagin Hotel is also great if you're not sick at all. The hotel is very clean and safe with spacious and modern rooms. It is in a beautiful location with great views and many things to do nearby like walking paths, watchtowers, coffee shops and many historical sights only a bike ride away. Breakfast and dinner food are varied and delicious. I only wish I could give a higher rating!”

„The room was spacious and clean, plenty of room for 2 people with extra amenities such as kitchen available. The breakfast is in a separate hotel next door, it’s quite basic and Chinese food only, but generally alright. The staff at the reception was friendly and would go out of their way to help with any questions. As for the location, it’s quite central with lots of food places around. Overall, a solid spot.”

„Lavande Hotel is one of the nicest hotels in Kaiping. The hotel has been opened since 2018; still somewhat relatively new. We booked a room for three people, and we were provided with a two bedroom unit. Excellent condition; comfortable beds and shower facilities. Cleaning service was excellent as they provided extra bottles of water and tea bags to consume. Situated in a location with many restaurants and shops. A mall is within walking distance. Highly recommend staying at Lavande Hotel when staying in Kaiping”

„The stay was pleasant! I stay here every work trip in Shuikou, this time they upgraded their fittings like basin waste, shower post and other shower fittings and replace it to a new one. I’m not sure if they replace new fittings in other rooms, but I can see the effort they put into maintaining for these few recent trips! Good try Vienne Hotel!”

„Nice place to stay, friendly staff and a comfortable bed. Received an upgrade to a room in a connected little building with a large glass window and many smaller windows. Those can be opened, but they have no mosquito nets. The window in the bathroom has. Very good location to visit the diaolou in the area. Several eating options nearby (clay pot rice is very popular and good).”

„I always love to stay at this Hotel , Room is big , receptionist is good , location is perfect, one issue I hope the management will consider the corridors and room carpet to do a deep cleaning it's getting very dirty now , if my next trip there is no improvement I shall look into next hotel”
