„到達酒店已經是傍晚19:30，前台小哥還幫我們升級了房間，這令我開車開了一天的倦意感到意料之外，還介紹了酒店以及景區的情況，使我少走很多冤枉路，另外還給我們開了個證明，購買景區門票得到特別優惠，這個真的要點贊。房間設施設備齊全，相應設施達到基本要求，我住的房間衞生十分良好，由於是使用木地板木樑設計，土泥房先天條件隔音相對較差，但仍可接受。一座土泥房含四個單元，土泥房區域就像整條村子坐落在山腳下，感覺就像入住當地白褲瑤族的寨子裏，空氣相當不錯，如果有朋友到南丹來旅遊的話，這個酒店值得推薦。”

„出門盲選維也納絕對不會錯。南丹難得的中段連鎖酒店，入住很安心。酒店的車位不多，但是有保安大叔指揮停車，沒什麼問題。酒店前台很熱情。開業挺久了，設施有些陳舊，但是維護得不錯，衞生搞得很安靜，廁所還提供一次性馬桶墊。洗衣房洗烘衣服很便利，貼上房號小紙條，酒店工作人員還會幫忙送到房間，很貼心。房間的隔音不錯，周邊環境也偏向安靜，就是房間空調老化，製冷的時候會有些許噪音，但也不影響休息。這次入住非常滿意。”

„酒店很漂亮，傢俱和裝修都有獨特的風格，乾淨衞生，沒有異味和蟲子，來住之前擔心隔音不好，但其實還好。地理位置很棒，可以步行去南丹體育場看音樂節，德大米粉步行可到，涼拌粉很好吃，附近還有鴨把菜和大超市。工作人員都非常熱情、有耐心。我在離酒店後發現戒指丟了，前台的小姐姐和酒店的工作人員很認真地幫我找了很多遍，給當時焦急的我安慰，謝謝她們。想能常來南丹。”

„房間裝修很好，空間也很大，晚上睡覺很安靜，沒中不足的是沒有電梯，因為它是三層的別墅設計，不高，所以就沒有安裝電梯，還有中途停電兩三次，不過都很快就好了，估計是酒店的線路有點舊了，國慶期間住的人多，電線負荷太大，所以停電，如果能改進就很好了！”
