„去酒店的路是山路，好多急轉彎，晚上路燈昏暗，駕駛一定一定要萬分小心！村民的狗喜歡睡在路中間。晚上9:30，我們在距離酒店100米處沒看到路中間睡覺的小狗，結果撞到。隨即就有好幾個村民出現，説撞死了他家的土狗，索要賠償。聲稱自家土狗4800元買的，已經飼養九年。協商不成，我們衹能報警請警察叔叔協調。所以請選擇這家酒店的客人一定在行車中注意瞭望，以免觸及村民的家畜家禽，引起與當地村民的矛盾。 再説説酒店房間，我們住的其中一個房間電視不能使用，馬桶圈掉落，報警器不斷發出聲音。最後酒店退還一間房的房費。”

„2025年3月25日傍晚入住，酒店大堂很寬大；客房房間很大，比平台描述的大很多；卧具乾淨衞生，枕頭軟硬合適；特別是酒店經理先生兩次親自到房間幫助解決電視播放問題，值得表揚；另一個值得表揚的是廚房阿姨，我因足踝扭傷需要冷敷，廚房阿姨幫助解決冰和塑料袋，真是太感謝了！酒店晚餐餐廳的服務人員非常熱情、樸實，服務到位。酒店位置好，直觀施秉的美麗夜景。施秉綠島大酒店性價比很高，下次來還訂這裏。”

„從兩方面評價一下：首先是房型選擇，小別墅千萬別住，價格最高房間最小，衞生間條件最差。本來想着二樓榻榻米能住一個人寬敞點，結果房型設計特別***，一樓小到都沒有牀頭櫃，房間裏基本轉不開身；二樓就一個榻榻米的空間，並且沒有空調，配了個不會轉頭的小電扇，小木屋沒有隔熱層，上層就像個蒸籠，樓下開了空調一晚上，樓上温度都沒降下來多少，夏天根本住不了人；再説衞生間更奇葩，感覺是整體配置的，淋浴間的牆居然是層板沒有瓷磚，貴州這麼潮的地方用不了兩個月不是泡壞就是會發黴，不知老闆怎麼想的？已經開始有裂紋，忘了拍照。洗漱台小得根本放不了東西，有個小小的鏡櫃選得也很low根本不好放東西。關鍵房間門縫很大，晚上眼看着能從地縫鑽進一衹大蛾子，把孩子嚇得夠嗆。一個簡易小木屋居然敢稱別墅？比標間房間小太多也差太多，居然價格最貴，怪不得老闆力推，還自作主張給我們“升級”到小木屋😭再來説説管理，混亂且無序，通過攜程預訂，明明顯示有房預訂成功後老闆打電話説衹有一間，一會兒老闆又説能放出一間，反正系統就一會兒有一會兒木有，不知道在幹嘛？另外前台的設計真的很無語，土且浪費地方，這個跟格局和理念有關。入住期間還有點小插曲，事不大，店家處理也能接受但就覺得有點不大氣，特別一家新店還要營造口碑，如果不改變或者引入職業管理團隊的話，感覺走不長遠。説説優點，自然環境不錯，離漂流終點也近，可惜了這地理位置”
