„First of all, I don't want my review to affect anyone, so I gave it five stars, but actually I'm angry. Firstly, around 2:30 PM on June 9th, I returned home to find my room hadn't been cleaned since I extended my stay. A staff member at the front desk, who seemed to be a supervisor, told me that I had to inform the front desk in advance if I extended my stay, otherwise they wouldn't be allowed into the room. I said, ”Why didn't you tell me this rule beforehand? I probably stay in hotels for more than 30 days a year, and this is the first time I've encountered this.” Secondly, I told this supervisor that my room's phone was broken, and she actually gave me a dismissive look and taught me how to make a call. I'm just old, not stupid; do you think I don't know if there's a dial tone? Finally, it turned out the phone was broken, and they gave me a different room. I wouldn't have cared if the phone was good or bad, but it was really infuriating.”

„Hotel is new so everything is new and clean. For this price point, its value for money. Walking distance to Fuxi Temple and the old town 天水古城. Very accessible location. We had issues with our initial booking and move here last minute, despite only one staff manning the front desk, she processed our booking（5 rooms) very quickly. The drawback was a bad sewage smell in my room toilet, as it was too late and I was sleepy, i didnt change room. The smell is not noticeable when the toilet door is closed. Other rooms dont have this issue.”

Higiena i komfort pościeli są przeciętne, nie ma się czym chwalić! Chciałbym przede wszystkim ocenić wyposażenie hotelu i obsługę. Po pierwsze, łazienka jest mała i niewygodna do wzięcia prysznica. Klimatyzacja uruchamia się powoli i przez pewien czas nie jest w stanie nagrzać powietrza. W pokoju jest za zimno i nie ośmielam się zdjąć ubrania. Wymaga poprawy. Po drugie, sieć w pokoju jest uszkodzona i nie mogę połączyć się z siecią bezprzewodową. Zadzwoniłem do inżyniera hotelu, żeby przyszedł i sprawdził, czy kabel sieciowy jest uszkodzony i czy konieczna jest naprawa przez specjalistów z firmy telekomunikacyjnej. Następnego dnia specjaliści sprawdzili urządzenie i stwierdzili, że dekoder został wymieniony i należy go ponownie skonfigurować. Naprawa zajęła dwa dni. Nie było sieci ani telewizji. Byłem bardzo przygnębiony i musiałem zmienić hotel. Po trzecie, hotel nie przyjmuje obiektywnych i prawdziwych ocen, a zamiast tego wygłasza długie przemówienia, aby obalić moją ocenę. Nie sądzę, żeby to było konieczne. Skoro nie akceptują złych opinii, powinni poprawić jakość swoich usług! Naprawdę nie warto mówić, że groziłem im złymi recenzjami. „設施：很新，看得出是新開不太久的酒店，住起來很舒服。很喜歡一些細節，比如吹風機、化粧鏡，還有床頭各種燈光模式的開關，可以省去來回跑開關燈的麻煩，是今年住過的十幾家酒店裡設計最好的。小缺點：花灑沒有頂部固定的大花灑。 衞生：還不錯，正常水平 服務：前台小姐姐人都很好，親切熱情 環境：環境分扣給二手煙，如果沒有煙味這就是完美的住宿體驗了。住進來才發現酒店是不禁煙的，所以會有低素質煙人隨地大小吸，大堂、走廊、電梯遭遇多次二手煙，房間裏有時也會進來若隱若現的煙味。真的很困擾。 位置：很好，去伏羲廟一系列景點很近，不累的話完全可以步行。吃呱呱、胖子魚、麻辣燙、黃饃這些都可以步行找到店。去麥積山的公交站也挺近的。”

我從喀什飛往蘭州的飛行途中，臨時起意。想到天水看一看。 有兩個理由，一是著名的麥積山石窟，一個是伏羲廟。很久很久前的願望。 在蘭州下了飛機就直接租輛車直奔在攜程上預訂好的酒店.辦好入住進入房間，很整潔很環境，像見到老朋友一樣在圓桌上又有一張明信片，水墨簡雅的畫，幾行詩句，這個是我喜歡的。 早上的早餐也不錯，熱乎乎的牛奶豆漿，小米粥大米粥很暖胃，有些人點了牛肉麪。我嘗試了一下涼皮，厚實飽滿，柔韌光滑，澆上特製的油辣汁，很好吃。 停車很方便，離夜市和美食店都很近。 睡前，拉開窗簾，渭河河面倒映着燈光，景色開闊怡人。 從酒店出發，28分鐘就開到了麥積山景區。非常快。 感謝酒店幫我找到遺落在房間的東西。

去年因麻辣燙火起來的天水，我以前從未聽説過，也沒有計劃來。來之前也沒有做太多的攻略。訂這裏也是衝著古城來的。我去過很多古城，這裏算是最熱鬧之一。民宿在古城裡一個較靜的一角，但走路去熱鬧的小食街衹要幾分鐘。這裏的裝修很有味道。店主很友善和很幫忙。我今次學到一個教訓。如果訂了一些古城內，可以提供停車位的民宿，在去之前一定要和店主溝通有關停車場的情況。不少古城都不許車輛進入，停車場會在古城外，單憑導航不容易找到。幸好這次民宿的店主很幫忙，解決了停車的問題

This is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other. Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station. But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis. Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.

Read lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

Potrzebujemy dodatkowych łazienek do prysznica, które są na drzwiach w kilka minut, a stan jest dobry. Kiedy wychodzimy, przypominamy nam, że nie ma nic w domu, co sprawia, że czujemy się jak w domu. 🛏️ Pokój jest wygodny i czysty. Pokój jest bardzo jasny, szeroki i jasny, miękkie łóżko, wysokość łyżki, a kilka nocy spędziłem bardzo spokojnie. W łazience jest czysta i czysta, woda jest doskonała, a także jakość kąpieli. 房間乾淨衞生，地理位置優越，距離古城伏羲廟玉泉觀育生巷都很近，步行就可以到。酒店上樓後有兩台電梯，我下樓下錯跑到醫院大廳，在那兒把房卡還給丟了，賠了50塊錢。一定不要跑錯電梯，雖然是美容醫院，晚上突然下到醫院大廳也挺嚇人。

超讚的天水皇冠假日酒店！離伏羲廟這些景區特別近，出門玩超方便。附近還有個市場，買東西也方便。前台服務態度特別好，熱情又耐心。停車場免費，停車一點不費勁，洗衣房用着也省心，還有健身房也不錯。房間裏的智能設施很順手，住着舒服又自在，下次來天水還選這家！

Linglan is actually an excellent location despite the obvious. It's half way between Fuxi temple and Mt. maiji. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel & 5 yuan takes U to Fuxi temple & old town. (Beware last bus is around 730pm, taxi back from Fuxi temple was around 40rmb) For its price point, it's a wonderful, newly renovated g well appointed. Despite management's best effort to be a none-smoking establishment, hotel guests tend to ignore this policy. However, with communication, hotel kindly moved me to a far end on the top floor. They also offered pick up/drop off from train station. The restaurant provided simple yet tasty staples. All in all it was a wonderful stay

酒店裡天水站很近，走走幾分鐘，旁邊有蠻多吃的，但是環境比較一般！ 房間也算值得這個價位，還算挺乾淨的，不足的點一個是隔音太差，隔壁走廊一點點聲音都聽的很清楚，第二個熱水真的一點都不熱，洗澡開到最大也不熱，衹能硬着頭皮洗下去，吹風機還是壞的，也感謝晚上大叔來幫我換，早餐還算過得去，硬件條件有待提高！
