„設施：實話説設施有點老了，進電梯就被這個電梯毯給震驚了，黑黢黢的，屋內的地毯感覺也是幾年沒換過了。房間燈光不夠亮。熱水不錯，水大，温度也夠。 衞生：還是那句話，地毯不知道是沒洗還是洗不乾淨，反正感覺臟兮兮的。一般四星酒店的地毯，我都脱了鞋直接踩，這家真的有點不敢。 環境：如圖，牆上有返潮的跡象，電視牆旁邊牆紙脱落。 服務：入住第二天，讓前台多拿兩瓶礦泉水，居然答覆最近服務員放假了，人手不夠沒法拿到放假。我説我自己拿上去，又説礦泉水也不夠了，無語，感覺不像四星級應該有的水準。 總體而言，超出我對這個檔次酒店的認知了。不知道是不是景區的原因，整體非常一般。”

„非常滿意的一次住宿體檢，路過西昌中轉，選擇了優木酒店，位置很好，就在火把廣場，旁邊是汽車站出行也方便，周邊吃喝玩都很方便，房間乾淨整潔温馨，設備實施齊全，周圍吃早餐也還算方便，味道也都不錯，酒店工作人員都很熱情貼心，有問必答，還給我們推薦了吃的玩的地方，以後有機會來西昌會再次選擇優木的”

„出門旅行前第一晚途經西昌，住的這個酒店（當時衹因為距離我們想吃飯的地方近），所以定了這個酒店。住了一晚除了早晨略有點吵（比房型窗外是客運站），其他都挺好的，床品睡着也很舒服，所以返程途徑的時候再次訂了這個酒店。本來都好好的，早晨退房工作人員詢問入住體驗，我説挺好的，對方提醒14點後幫忙點五星好評，我同意了，確實體驗還可以。但是因為回家要開車五個多小時，一直在開車，18點多剛到家門口，手上還拿着行李，酒店就打電話質問我怎麼還沒有評價……瞬間非常無語😓”
