„Location is very close to the Railway Station . It helps with hotel's free car service pickup and drop off from/to the railway station. To get to YiChang visitor centre for bus and boat scenic tours and walk along the river , its about 20 minutes taxi ride ( yuan 20-30 depending on traffic). Hotel will help to hail a taxi. Very helpful hotel staff members who helped us to confirm our boat cruise meeting location. Appreciate hotel for packing take-out breakfast on our boat cruise day as we had to leave early to get to cruise meeting place. We want to thank the hotel driver who dropped us off to the Railway Station before their normal 8:30am car service. Very helpful in giving info that train boarding steady are on 2 floors.”

„This hotel is ideally located for shopping and access to street food and restaurants. We couldn’t be more pleased with this hotel. The room was large and very clean. Room facilities were also very good with a smart toilet. The hotel does a free laundry service which was a great help. The only area that could do with fixing up is the flooring on the lift but that didn’t affect our stay. Most important of any establishment is the staff. Every single personnel we met were so helpful and patient, from the housekeeper, kitchen staff, laundry room staff. The girls at reception really offered a first class service. I would certainly book this hotel again should I ever go back to Yichang.”

„This hotel is located right behind the Crystal Hotel on the Yichang riverside. The sign is completely invisible; I actually drove past it the first time and had to loop back around. It's odd that one hotel has two sets of signs. The front desk upgraded me to a river view room, but honestly, I wouldn't recommend booking one because the road below is a bit noisy. The room itself isn't very large, but the facilities are quite new. The front desk staff were very friendly, and parking was relatively convenient! However, there's construction nearby, and the entrance to the ground parking lot is a bit narrow.”

The rooms are clean and meticulous, the lighting is soft, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is very good. „This is a hotel within another hotel.The name outside is 民生酒店，but once you go thru the revolving door you will find the front desk straight ahead with the correct name. For some reason the hotel is from the 11th-13th floors. For a fee there is a typical Chinese breakfast buffet on the 5th. floor. It is two blocks from Aqua Plaza which has pool tables, movie theaters, restaurants and clothing stores. There is a Lanzhou la mian across the street and two nearby parks. Bus 12 will take you to Yiling Square and the Children's Park. Bus B68 will take you to the East Train Station. Great price and a place to refill water bottles is in the lobby.”

房間太舒服了，全景落地玻璃窗，滾滾長江盡收眼底，水流衝著房子而來，有強烈的視覺沖擊感，也寓意為來財來財。 早上起來有點日照金山的感覺，打開窗簾你一定會驚歎一聲“哇”！ 當坐着三峽人家的大巴車路過這裏，車上其他人都對此景發出哇的一聲的時候，我心裏暗喜：“這就是我這兩天住的地方，睜眼閉眼都能看到的景色，早已見慣不怪，嘿嘿”！ 也感謝老闆和老闆娘超級熱情的招待，送酒又送菜，來回三峽人家也專車接送，服務真是太周到了，極力推薦。

首先，服務還不錯。不過除了服務其他就一般，衞生一般，而且環境挺吵的，電視都不能投屏，本來是標雙，後來前台説免費給我升房型，不過在9樓，電梯到不了要自己爬一層，但是是投影儀可以投屏，然而晚上回去發現無法投屏，打電話給前台説其實酒店所有電視都不能投屏，是之前的前台表述錯了，説可以點播電影，但是房間的點播也點播不了，然後讓人來修了一會可以點播了，結果一點進點播，全是盜版電影，是那種別人在電影院偷拍的電影。。。不過第二天前台經理聯繫退了50元，還送了兩袋小零食，不過！咋小零食是過期的啊😦總而言之，服務還行，其他很一般吧，住的有點心累，這種酒店設施問題也怪不了前台。。。

老闆人真的太好了，從訂房開始就一直耐心的解答各種疑問，包括自駕車的預約、三峽大壩景區的遊覽、遊船行程安排等等，還不時的關心我們的行程是否順利，入住後還帶着我們去找充電樁、安排晚餐、買煙花。酒店就在黃陵廟碼頭旁邊，去三鬥坪碼頭也很近，房間乾淨，設施齊全，窗户隔音很好，晚上睡的很踏實，早餐的湯麪味道很不錯，還送了水果。

Location: about a kilometer from the East railway station, turn right when you get to the Main Street and walk straight. You don’t need to cross the Main Street. The hotel is in the same building with other two hotels, ask and you’ll be pointed to the right one. The room is big, the lights and the curtains are electrically controlled. Everything was spotless clean. The breakfast was Asian, good variety and buffet style. I fully recommend it. I would stay longer but I had a cruise the next day.

Easy access from the train station. Walking distance 10‘. Even though the stuff does not speak english they were very helpful and used immediately a translating app. Also the stuff in the breakfast room was very helpful with no word communication. The theme hotel with railway motives on the walls was very nice. Would recommend to stay there. To the citycenter however you have to use a Didi, it‘s a bit far away. We could leave our laguagge in the hotel for the day till 17:30 when we had our next connection to a Yangtze Cruise.

In my opinion, the hotel offers excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist and recommend local attractions. The room was exactly as described on Tripadvisor: modern, comfortable, and with a spectacular view of the Yangtze River. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast at the restaurant/bar on the fourth floor. While the in-room breakfast was of good quality, the restaurant breakfast could be better with the view to Yangtze River. This does not take away from the overall quality of the hotel. Additionally the location is a major highlight, with excellent bars, restaurants, and cultural venues nearby, all easily accessible on foot.

Materac w pokoju jest bardzo miękki i bardzo wygodny do spania. W okolicy hotelu znajduje się mnóstwo pysznego jedzenia. Hotel położony jest w dobrej lokalizacji, w samym centrum miasta. Obsługa w recepcji jest również dość entuzjastyczna, co jest naprawdę dobre. Polecam każdemu pobyt tutaj.

We are very satisfied with the service of the hotel. The front desk girls are very nice and helpful; cleaning lady, Zhangping is doing a great job. Self washing Landry machine is very convenient, especially the staff are very nice to help you hang your clothes when it is done with washing, so you don’t need to wait for it. The only drawback is that parking place is small and the path of entering and exit is very narrow. And the most of time was full, so we need to park at extended parking area.
