„It was a good room with all of the necessary utensils in—toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower necessities, etc. Nothing bad to say about it. Stayed there for 7 days, and it cost me as much as staying in one of the hotels in Hong Kong for 1 day. Fairly cheap, and still managed well! There was also a washing room for your dirty clothes!! 😊”

„The hotel is super convenient in the old town, close to everything, with many great restaurants within walking distance. I slept really well at night; it was quiet, and the room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure – very refreshing. The in-room button controls were very advanced, much better than other hotels where the panel lights stay on and disturb sleep. The hotel offers laundry service; just a call to the front desk and a staff member from your floor will pick up your clothes, wash them until they're fragrant, and bring them back to your room. Parking is available in roadside spots very close by and convenient. The breakfast quality was also good, and the timing was perfect from 7 AM to 10 AM, allowing for a lie-in. The only, and I mean only, drawback is that, perhaps in pursuit of high water pressure, you can hear everything clearly from adjacent rooms when they use water, especially the sink. You can even feel the walls vibrating. I stayed for two nights, and luckily, my neighbors slept early and woke late, so there wasn't much disturbance after 9 PM. However, if you happen to have neighbors who sleep late and wake early, it could be quite uncomfortable. Oh, and the two young ladies at the front desk were both very warm and excellent!”

„I really have to praise the service, Xiao Qin and Xiao Jia deserve a huge thumbs up! 👍👍👍 When I called to request an early check-in, Xiao Qin learned that I was traveling with two 80-year-old seniors. She thoughtfully suggested I spend a little extra to upgrade to a gold card, which would include benefits like a room upgrade, breakfast, early check-in, and late check-out. I accepted, and looking back, it was such a wise decision! We got two beds, a very spacious room, and a large table perfect for making tea and chatting. Later, my cousin felt the bed was a bit too soft (she's always particular about her sleep but usually doesn't want to bother people, so she just puts up with it, especially since we all found it quite comfortable). Because Xiao Qin had left such a great impression on me, I mentioned it to her. Since all the beds are standard, Xiao Qin couldn't resolve it immediately, but she didn't just dismiss it as impossible. Instead, she reported it to Xiao Jia, who is incredibly capable. Xiao Jia somehow managed to find a firm mattress, and my cousin finally had a wonderful night's sleep. I'm truly grateful, knowing that in similar situations before, she would have just endured it for the night. The hotel has just been renovated. The lobby has a very pleasant aroma, and there's a free self-service laundry and drying room, which is a lifesaver for lazy people like me. The room design is a simple, smart, and comfortable style that young people would appreciate, complete with elegant tea sets and high-quality toiletries. It all brings a smile to your face. A very satisfying stay!”

GGość入住很好，前台接待很熱情，連續住了兩天，打掃房間的阿姨也很好，我帶着小孩，還麻煩添多了兩瓶礦泉水馬上就送來了，帶我停車的保安叔也很不錯幫我拿行李，前台的小姐姐很温柔，我在忙工作聽電話，我小孩在大堂閑玩的時候還和我小孩子玩的很開心，電視投屏給小孩看也很清楚，房間也很乾凈沒有異味，帶小孩入住很安心，很值得入住很棒的酒店

AAvokiwiThe hotel room was extremely uncomfortable due to the centralized air conditioning system, which is controlled by hotel management. The temperature was set at 28°C with barely any cool air — on a hot summer day, this made the room feel stuffy and warm. The LED lights added even more heat, making it worse. When I contacted the front desk for assistance, they informed me that they couldn’t lower the temperature and instead provided a standing fan. For a hotel stay in such weather, this was quite disappointing.

GGośćHotel is plush. Just keep in mind this is rural. You'll be next to rice paddies. Dont let the locals rip you off for transportation. It's 4 yuan to go to the beach on the local bus and not 50. They'll also tell you you cant get back to Mazhangxizhan,but a bus comes every two hours and can be tracked with the chelaile app.Hot tip stay at Greentree Inn. That whole street has restaurants,a supermarket and other hotel and is even closer to Longhaitian.

GGośćBus 6 will take you very close to this hotel,but some trains arrive late and taxi drivers like vultures will hover and ***** when you wont pay their ridiculous fare to go a mere 4.5KM. Zhanjiang is an armpit. A video on line made it seem so modern. It took more than an hour to cross this bombed out city to get train tickets at the south station. I also went on to Donghaidao. Overall with 9mil people you'd think they'd organize this disaster. Move on to Guangzhou,Zhuhai or Shenzhen.

GGośćLocation was good as it was the closest hotel to where our relatives lived. Close to a Walmart and a mall, plus at night there seems to be a market that pops up. If you go towards the river, there will be fruit vendors at night too. If you are wondering if their 1.3 m twin beds can fit a couple, it’s really (really) pushing it so maybe book a room with larger beds if that is a concern.  Also, while they have a self serve laundry room, it’s only open until 10 PM and they will lock it irregardless if you have clothes in the washer and then you will have to find a staff member to unlock the door and free your clothing so please pay heed. It’s also not open in the early morning until late and shares a space with the gym (so also locked during the time when people would want to be exercising) which is weird, but the staff justifies it as not bothering the people sleeping during that time. Perhaps they should invest in soundproofing during their next renovation because it’s super inconvenient.

CCedric BeauI booked a room with my trip coins, the hotel is great. When you enter the lobby, you feel like in a 4 star hotel. The service is perfect. We booked a ”no window” hotel, so it was a bit oppressing, but that was our choice and we just needed one night of sleep as we were moving on the morning of the second day. So all in all, a great value for the money, and location is super convenient (stores downstairs, beach accross the road, free protected parking...). Recommended for short term stays (or room with windows for long term stays :) )

OOtautahianI chose this hotel because I trust Hanting brand, and it is only a 30-minute walk away from Chikan Ancient street area. My room was bright and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was fine (and varied each day). There is a supermarket downstairs, and a lot of cheap and simple restaurants nearby.

GGość柏曼酒店（徐聞港口碼頭店）是我最近住過最好的一家酒店。酒店地理位置靠徐聞港口碼頭近，酒店設備設施保養維護的非常好，我以為是新開的。酒店早餐豐富，品種多味道好。特別特別感謝酒店的優質服務，我在定房時電話聯繫一位總枱服務員小李，告知我要一早需要約網約車去碼頭，徐聞網約車不好叫，能否提供幫助？小李立馬幫我們聯繫酒店駕駛員，告知幫我們解決。特別是那天店長親自開車送我們去碼頭讓我們特別感動，強烈推薦到徐聞入住柏曼酒店（徐聞港口碼頭店）。

Just keep saying don't understand: ”wǒ tīng bù dǒng”. Not helpful at all! Just keep on typing on translator and not in WeChat. Very difficult to know where to park in parking garage beneath the shopping centre building. After driving around, found a sign to hotel, but not at entrance to parking garage. Morning staff as unfriendly as evening staff. Just shouting at me! I kept on saying ”Weixin”. Lateron she registered... The trip.com awards were for 2020 and 2022 - definitely not for reception staff in 2025! 😰 Room can get the reward! Room and bathroom very clean. There are hooks for the towels, which are very rare. Shower floor didn't look good. USB ports to charge directly. Room is small. Bed very good. Large window and balcony. Big mirror with light around it in bathroom and full length mirror next to cupboard. Room doesn't have good sound proof - hear everything next door. Quite noisy from outside from early morning . Night market on street level in front of building and shopping centre. @
