Rooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the strip and beach. Would recommend.

The hotel is in a great location, and the food was really tasty. We enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside was the cleaning in the morning. The cleaning staff started quite early and were making a lot of noise, which unfortunately woke us up and made it difficult to get back to sleep. It would be great if cleaning could start a little later or if the noise could be kept down in the morning.

I stayed here before, so when I came back to Benidorm, I stayed here again. This time, I was higher up and had a great view of Benidorm and the ocean. The staff were fantastic again. Next time I'm in Benidorm, i will stay here.

Wszystko w porządku, ale uważajcie na konserwatora. Kręcił się po hotelu, krzycząc i wrzeszcząc, jest strasznie irytujący. Ten człowiek nie ma manier i jeśli zobaczy, jak wychylają się przez okno, to nakrzyczy na ciebie, bo myśli, że palisz. W każdym razie, gdyby nie ten wariat na drabinie, który krzyczał, byłby godny polecenia. Ale nie powiem znajomym, żeby tam poszli, bo mogą natknąć się na tego wariata, tak wściekłego na życie.

Recently refurbished and very clean. Nice pool area and dining room set out well for buffet style service. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was reasonably priced and good selection but a little cold. Rooms were well appointed and nicely cleaned daily. Location was a little away from the livelier part of Benidorm but handy for Old Town an Poniente beach. All in all a good hotel and would stay again.

Ubicacion estupenda, trato estupendo, comida muy buena, trato muy bueno, todo estupendo, lo único las almohadas de las camas muy finas, no había algunas para poder poner dos, por lo demás muy bien.

Hotel był ogólnie bardzo dobry – czyste, przestronne pokoje, pomocny i przyjazny personel. Śniadanie było generalnie bardzo dobre i różnorodne, jednak dla nas i wielu innych osób, które nie jedzą np. wieprzowiny, wybór był ograniczony i hotel mógłby rozważyć dodanie alternatyw dla osób o innych wymaganiach dietetycznych.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

Apartamenty są bardzo dobre, regularnie sprzątane. Kuchnia wyposażona w wystarczającej ilości, prawdę mówiąc, byliśmy w stanie sobie poradzić. Dwa złączone łóżka o szerokości 90 cm służyły jako podwójne łóżko. Mieszkaliśmy na 13. piętrze i widoki były spektakularne, najbardziej podobał mi się taras z łóżkiem szklana balustrada. Lokalizacja dobra, z dala od zgiełku, ale wszędzie blisko. Na wzgórzu, z widokiem na miasto i morze. Możesz korzystać z udogodnień i atrakcji hotelu za rogiem. Podgrzewany basen, sauna, siłownia, rozrywka. Bardzo mili recepcjoniści rozwiązali problem z rezerwacją. Jeśli przyjedziesz latem, apartamenty mają na dole baseny z solarium. Ogólnie jest bardzo dobrze. Budynek sięga 33 piętra, widać go z każdego miejsca w Benidormie, bardzo wysoko, znajdują się tam automaty z wodą i jedzeniem.
