The villa stays naturally cooler in the summer, due to thicker walls, hillside position and regular mountain breezes from the hinterland above Magagnosc. If needed there are fans in every room for warmer days.. The villa has a large lounge and dining area with American kitchen, Terrace overlooking pool, views, and garden. three very spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate large shower room and toilet. Sleeps six. There is a sun terrace and pergola by the infinity pool. Please note I have two healthy independent cats who would appreciate dried food and water in bowls and the occasional cuddle. All around are great hiking possibilities and there is a paragliding school near Gourdon about 10 mins drive away. There are plenty of boating, sailing and canoeing possibilities in all the sea resorts close by including Lac St Cassien in the mountains of the Tanneron.
