The hotel is located about a 30 minute drive from the airport. The hotel provides a pick up and drop off service for 30 Euros. It is less than a minute's walk to the beach. There are multiple options for eating and drinking. The hotel is quaint and beautifully decorated. The family room we stayed in was the ideal size for 2 adults and 2 children. We had a private balcony to enjoy the view from in the evening. There is a good looking pool at the hotel. We didn't use it as we spent most of our time at the beach. The hotel is a family-run business and the service is excellent. The lady waited up late for our late check-in and they provided an early breakfast for our early check-out. We only had a few days here, but my wife, my children and myself all wish it could have been longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely return here if we get the chance.

The alley leading to the hotel is either up or down the slope, so the hotel should let the guests know there is porter service to carry the bags to the reception. We booked a taxi service at the reception to go the port but not sure why the taxi driver put us near and made us walked with our 3 luggages to the port which is about 5 mins aways. if the destination is the port, we should be drop at the port and not near the port. The taxi driver is forever rushing for time and i think it is a bad experience, Nano Suite pls do not book this taxi driver for your guests.. The people or the companies that you work with reflects on your image. thank you. Other than that, all was good and fine for us.

This is a delightful hotel. The staff was all very friendly, my room was spacious and clean, lots of hot water, comfy bed, nice table work area, pretty (but unheated) pool, terraces just off my room, good wifi connection, and a very nice breakfast in a sunny space. I was a bit chilly (being early April), but found a couple extra blankets to sleep soundly. The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful, and enabled me to find good restaurants and activities, as well as watching my bags after I checked out until my ride to the port. Efharistó !

I like the place because it was more like a villa type. Only one floor and the door opens to an open space in front of the gate. It has seats outside that make you feel like it’s tropical. It is quiet in the area and it is close to the square. About 15 mins from the airport. Faster without traffic. Actually there was almost no traffic. There are many restaurants at the square like typical Greek restaurants, Turkish and even Chinese. The owners are very accommodating. They offered me some coffee one morning. They gave me the information I needed to get around the place. They also fixed my heater while I was out. They arranged airport pick up and drop off for me even when I had to leave at 4:30 am. Well appreciated. Downside: Just the floor is cold and they did not have any slippers available. I ran out of bottled water and it was not replaced. I could have asked but the reception closed a bit early so I did not bother. It was not a big deal though. Thank you for the warm welcome! I would stay again if I’d come back.

Location : You can not find a better location than this hotel. The location and exquisite view are unbeatable. And close to everywhere. Hotel Facility : as hotel built on cliff, there are many small things needs repairs, and some places are needing update. during our stay, our shower leaked badly, also the water is not going down which they have fixed as much as they can and as quick as possible. but we have indoor jacuzzi room , which the jacuzzi can not be turned off, and make the bathroom super hot and uncomfortable , feels like sauna room , and their AC are not super strong, so ,if we keep bathroom door open, hot air come to the bedroom , if we keep the bathroom door closed, then, inside of the bathroom is super hot ( like sauna ) , you will instantly sweat if you step in bathroom if you keep the bathroom door closed. Food Service: they serve breakfast which you have to chose from a list every night and they will deliver to you in the morning. The quality and selection of the food is quite limited, basically, you get choice of egg, bread with juice and coffee, very basic continental breakfast but without and meat . Their coffee is super weak, if you are a coffee drinker, suggest you to bring your own. breakfast does not serve meat , if you wish to have meat, you have to ask for it and they only have deli ham for you. there is one day , i actually went outside eat breakfast as their food it just too plain and simple , lack of flavor. Their breakfast does not meet up with the rate they charge for the hotel. Service and Value : Their service is limited, when all of their ten rooms are occupied , be prepared to receive your breakfast very late as they only have 1 person to bring breakfast to each room. And if you request something to be fixed , it can only be done in the morning time as their maintenance guy only work in the morning time, their manager also leave mid afternoon, there is only 1 person who has limited resource to help you. Overall, this is hotel with super great location and view , but limited in service. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and view, suggest to book OUTSIDE jacuzzi room and without breakfast option ( eat breakfast else where - you have many choices to chose from walking distance from the hotel )

The hotel is located very close to the airport and you can get a bus from the airport to the hotel upon arrival. 1. There is a bus stop just 20 seconds walk from the hotel. 2. Traveling to Fira is just 10 minutes on the bus and it costs €2 per person each way. You can get a bus to all the other islands from Fira for the same fare. 3. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel and supermarket where you can get everything you need. 4. The hotel is very very clean, the rooms get cleaned every day by the friendly hardworking staff. 5. The breakfast is very nice. 6. The pool gets cleaned every day 7. The staff members are super hard-working and super friendly and extremely supportive. 8. My birthday was the day after my arrival and I got the best birthday cake with a birthday song in the Greek language which was so beautiful. The owner is very humble, and respectful and speaks fluent English and French. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. It is suitable for families, couples, groups etc. My flight was in the night and the owner gave me an office to keep our baggage and provided towels for us if we needed to have a shower. I will surely come back to such a beautiful hotel.

zatrzymaliśmy się w pokoju superior z widokiem na kalderę, widok był naprawdę bardzo ładny, a pokój uroczy, ma klimat jaskini Santorini. pokój czysty, łazienka czysta, ciepła woda o każdej porze. śniadanie nie jest w formie bufetu, ale serwują dużo jedzenia i różnorodnego, przeciętnej jakości, okropna kawa 😅 basen czasami jest zamknięty, czasami otwarty, nie mają stałego harmonogramu, co jest trochę denerwujące, jeśli naprawdę chcesz korzystać z basenu. basen jest duży i ma ładny widok. lokalizacja jest idealna, 10 minut od dworca autobusowego, w centrum, na klifie z pięknym widokiem na wulkan

Aside from being a short walk away from the beach and having ugly taste of bed sheets, everything else is perfect. They have nice continental breakfast every morning, lovely swimming pool, suitable for adults and kids. The sweetest staff but the interior of the building do look a bit old school, maybe they hired an elderly designer. Nonetheless the toilet is equipped, they have a kettle in the room, a mini fridge, some coffee and tea. I would say it is a four star hotel if it’s not for the bedsheets! Bed wise, comfortable enough to sleep. I was in the triple room and even had a nice balcony of my own! Worth every penny spent on this hotel given the reasonable pricing!

Très bon service, tout s'est bien passé. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel était bien aussi. L'emplacement était très bien, avec très belle vue, je recommande.

Właścicielem jest bardzo miły i wyjątkowo ciepły Grek. Zostaliśmy poproszeni o zabranie czekoladek ze stołu na wynos, kiedy przyjechaliśmy i kiedy wyszliśmy. Budynek hotelu jest szczególnie piękny, a pokój, w którym mieszkaliśmy, znajdował się w najwyższym punkcie tego hotelu, z małym balkonem i wspaniałym widokiem. W hotelu tym znajduje się także kociak, który jest szczególnie uroczy i przylegający i nie mogłem się doczekać, aby go zobaczyć każdego wieczoru, kiedy wrócę do hotelu. Spędziliśmy tu wspaniałe kilka dni!
