We had a wonderful stay at Parlezo Hotel. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It smelled fresh, and the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable. Being on the 10th floor, we also had a lovely view, which added to the experience. There were, however, a couple of drawbacks. The hotel does not have an elevator, so reaching our room required climbing quite a few flights of stairs—which was tiring, especially in the intense heat. Additionally, the hotel did not offer any beach towels, not even for rent, which would have been a helpful amenity. Despite these minor inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our stay. It’s just a pity it was so short. We absolutely loved this hotel and would gladly return.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was spacious and clean. The view from the window overlooking the beach or harbour is blocked by other building. However, you can patronise the rooftop bar to have unblocked view to the beach or harbour. It’s particularly good to view the sunset. The in-room amenities were adequate, but I found it is lack of toiletries such as toothbrush, comb, shaver. Overall, while the location and room size were positive aspects, there were some areas where the hotel could improve.

Amazing views in an incredible spot! However be warned - there is a VERY steep hill to get to the main road and the water, even though it is only a block away. Steep steps also within the hotel to get to the room; however the staff were very helpful in carrying bags up for us, etc. Absolute bliss relaxing in the pool with million dollar views and a cold bintang after a day of exploring the islands. There are many insects/caterpillars crawling around. But that is part of being in nature, and they are not at all dangerous in any way. Room service was very helpful in keeping the room clean and clear of these little friends when required.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to shops, cafes and harbour. The owner, Guissepe or Pepe, is very friendly and welcoming. His restaurant Baccala Bajo is busy with tasty Italian cuisine fron Sicily. The rooms are very clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. There is a fridge and a frypan to prep brekky if need be. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Горячая вода идет только 3-4 минуты, потом только обычная. Рады что остановились тут на 2 ночи и продлили еще на 2.

Here is my honest feedback for fellow travellers. Pros: Great central location, brand‑new & clean rooms, friendly staff Situated right on the main road of town, it is walking distance to the harbour. It is extremely convenient for guests joining Komodo island boat tours. You can easily walk out for restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms are well‑maintained with strong air‑conditioning and consistent hot‑water supply. Beds are comfortable. Daily housekeeping service is provided. Reception staff are helpful and can give basic information about local boat trips. Points to note (Cons) SMALL ROOM SMALL ROOM SMALL ROOM! There is no swimming pool in this hotel, so do not expect resort‑style pool views. The Wi‑Fi connection can be unstable sometimes. Breakfast selection is limited with average taste. If you prefer better food, you may explore nearby eateries. Dining nearby Lots of local cafes, seafood restaurants and minimarts are just a short walk away. Plenty of dining options outside the hotel. Final Verdict This modern city hotel is perfect as a practical overnight base for Komodo travellers. It works well if you mainly need a clean, comfortable room for sleeping after daily boat excursions. Not the best pick if you are looking for resort‑style holiday with swimming‑pool relaxation.

It is close to the main street but actually you need abit of hike if you are going on foot. The bed, i dont know, i was tired and i dozed off rightaway. The floor was clean and the toilet has no smell. It was pretty quiet, i would say, until the morning comes. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast is either pancake or omelate, although i didnt book the stay with the breakfast but the owner still insisted that i should just eat if i dont have a plan of where to eat breakfast, lovely. There was a problem with the waterflow in the shower pipe and it was very slow, hopefully they can fix it asap. Worth the price paid.

An excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day. A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests. At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

The beds are very big and comfy in very clean rooms. The bathrooms were also clean and always had soap, body wash, and toilet paper. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They spent a lot of time trying to help me book transport when I couldn’t do it alone. I would recommend solo travellers to stay here for the location beside dive shops and the comfort of the rooms.

The place is not remote. It takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the airport. It takes only two steps to go to the supermarket on the main road to buy things. The room is also very clean. The wifi mineral water is available. It is to catch up with the earthquake. The quality of the house is also very good. No problem.
