I recently stayed at Forte Kochi in India and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, with a private courtyard pool that adds to the serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. With plenty to do nearby, we truly enjoyed our time and would gladly return.

Good place, nice location, friendly staff. The private room was clean, good ac, good amenitie.s We've had some problems when we booked the backwaters day tour with them. But in general the place was good

I’m not really recommending this place … if you look place to only sleep .. maybe can be okay … But that too need to be ready for electricity Cuts very frequently… And already there have many staff was talking near the front desk.. I was very disturbed since I was staying 1st floor.. food definitely you have to travel out to get .. otherwise Saravana bavan walking distance .. luckily there have front desk staff was helping me to order food .. very thankful for her .. good for money..

neat and clean space , amenities what they are mentioned in MakeMyTrip all are satisfied. Especially there staff have good behaviour. What ever requirement needed at any time without any hesitation they do. Really appreciate that 👍

The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport. The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet. The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them. Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!

It was good, I had been there some years ago and I would go back in the future. I took a very small room by choice, and I was fortunate the hotel was empty because of the monsoon season, so I chose a room away from the neighbours roosters. The ceiling fan made a constant annoying clicking noise so I never used it but the AC was working just fine. Hot water also good. I would have liked using the lounge space just outside my room but the young *** downstairs was often on his phone with too much volume, talking, watching some YouTube or playing shooting video games, that wasn’t entirely comfortable. He should get some headphones to help with the ambiance.

Our stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression. The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience. While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown. That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

Sapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay. Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
