GGośćThe stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was good. Additionally, it was possible to have coffee or tea in between. I'm very much satisfied and can recommend this hotel! The only thing to be inproved is internet connection, which worked just occasionally but practically either didn't work or was very very slow - if you have no local sim card, it may be a crucial point for you.

GGuest UserI couldn't receive the entry password email before I checked in, and another American couple had the same situation. The email was not answered, and someone answered the phone several times. In the end, I had to wait until the cleaning sister came and asked her to call the internal phone before I received the door password. Bring inconvenience. The location is very convenient, there is a supermarket downstairs, there is a cable car within 10 minutes walk, and the cruise terminal and train branch terminal.

SSlim88Surprising very good. Closed to railway stations and ferry. Supermarkets is just 200 meter away. Staff are friendly and offer help and even allowed us to use their dining area. Highly recommended.
