I think it's one of the best room you can get with this price, very classy and with great location, the room is huge and the reception is very nice

Hotel położony jest na tętniącym życiem placu. Jest czysty, wygląda na niedawno odnowiony (w pokojach) i dobrze utrzymany, o dość atrakcyjnej estetyce. Zakwaterowanie jest proste i jasne: trochę jak akademik z małymi pokojami, ale pokój jest przyjemny i czysty, a klimatyzacja faktycznie działa (w przeciwieństwie do większości we Włoszech). Personel w holu jest obecny 24 godziny na dobę (co jest plusem), a personel jest pomocny. Wadami są mały rozmiar pokoju (dziwnym trafem mi to nie przeszkadzało) i cienkie, tanie drzwi. Postanowiłem zatrzymać się tutaj zamiast hotelu na lotnisku podczas tranzytu i okazało się, że to całkiem fajne doświadczenie, móc spacerować po Rzymie przez kilka godzin w nocy. JEDNYM PROBLEMEM, O KTÓRYM WSPOMNIĘ, jest to, że obecnie remontują 2 najwyższe piętra hotelu (4 piętra) ... i rano robi się dużo hałasu, jeśli próbujesz spać po 8 rano. Jeśli wyjdziesz z pokoju przed 8 rano, prawdopodobnie nie będzie ci to zbytnio przeszkadzać ... ale jeśli lubisz siedzieć do późna, poszukałbym innego miejsca na nocleg. Hotel powinien również ostrzec gości o problemie, ale tego nie robi.

Our stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome. Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be our home for four nights. The room was of a good size and well-equipped e.g. towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge (with optional mini-bar), a television and a bathroom - with an excellent free standing bath tub in the centre of the bedroom. Perhaps my biggest gripe with the hotel was the disappointing view from the room. A ‘Viminale View’ it most certainly was not. Interestingly, room number 1 was the only room on the wrong side of the building. All others, including cheaper standard rooms, had the all-important Viminale view. In fact, not from anywhere in the hotel could we see the Viminale, since the reception area too was without any windows. Our two windows looked out onto a gutter on one side and an adjacent building on the other. We paid a little extra for breakfast, which was of a simple but acceptable standard. Given the size of the hotel with just 10 rooms, an extravagant buffet was not expected. More a continental selection, there was enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, yoghurts, toast etc, with scrambled egg and sausage available as hot options. Hot drinks were made on request. As a smaller establishment, this accommodation appeared only ever to be staffed by one person at a time, which somewhat impacted service. Once seated for breakfast, we were provided with a hot drink and then left to it. There was no opportunity to request further drinks, which was a little disappointing. And on one occasion, we watched as a guest had to go in search of a member of staff in order to get a cup of coffee. Perhaps in the mornings, especially with breakfast to provide and guests occasionally checking out, a second staff member would be beneficial. House-keeping was of a good standard but returning on our last night, we were keen to enjoy a coffee, only to find that our supplies had not been replenished and our cups were still dirty on the side. As a hotel unstaffed after 17:00hrs, it wasn’t a simple case of calling for some coffee, rather just going without. Whilst an enjoyable stay, the view from the room and the lack of hotel staff beyond 17:00hrs just didn’t work for us.

I want to especially thank a lobby manager; this is his work name. He was incredibly kind and friendly. Because we arrived at the hotel early, and seeing that I was traveling with my 74-year-old mother, he let us check in ahead of time. We received warm and very humane help and care. My mother very like him. He deserves a perfect score. I think we will definitely come back next time.

Pokój jest mały i wystarczający do podróżowania samotnie. Lokalizacja jest dobra. Zakwaterowanie w Rzymie jest bardzo drogie. Dworzec kolejowy znajduje się 10 minut spacerem od Koloseum, Panteonu i Piazza Venezia.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

We got here at 11h and check is was only at 3pm ; without even asking they decided to upgrade our room so we would have 2 rooms as we were tra Eli g with our kids AND the upgraded room was ready immediately ! There is a lobby to check in but the hotel room was actually a few streets away. The bellman walked with us to our room and showed us where everything was super nicely. - the mini fridge was stocked with Coca Cola, juice water beer and wine (2 of everything !) we were there 3 days and used everything. Surprisingly the extra charge was only 15 euro ! - great location about 50meters (exactly 80 seconde walk) from the trevi fountain. - the street is really buisy with all the restaurants and merchants and shops but being on the 3rd floor we heard nothing and felt very safe. Would recommend 100% and would go back here if we came to Roma again.

Położenie niedaleko dworca Termini jest jednocześnie zaletą i wadą. Dobra dostępność komunikacyjna, ale brudno, dużo bezdomnych i innych osób marginalizowanych. Sam hotel mieści się w wielopiętrowym budynku, w którym mieści się znacznie więcej podobnych „hoteli”. Wejście jest dość zaniedbane i zaniedbane, ale sam pokój jest w miarę czysty, pościel i ręczniki również są białe i czyste. Rozmiar pokoju jest mały, ale jest wystarczająco dużo miejsca dla jednej osoby. Prysznic w łazience jest bardzo niewygodny, nieusuwalny, umieszczony wysoko i rozpryskujący się na wszystkie strony. Personel był odpowiedni, uprzejmy, pozwolił nam zostawić bagaż po wymeldowaniu, zmienił ręczniki i wyniósł śmieci podczas naszego pobytu. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, za odpowiednią cenę można zostać na kilka nocy, ale nie chciałbym zostać dłużej.
