„My dream hotel! Staying here for five nights was such a blessing; it significantly boosted the happiness of my entire Kansai trip. It honestly made me so disappointed with the hotels I stayed in afterward. From now on, whenever I come to Osaka, I'm definitely staying here. The room was spacious, and the mattress and bedding were incredibly soft and clean – I slept so comfortably. I especially appreciated the fully enclosed duvet cover, which felt very hygienic (unlike another hotel of the same caliber I stayed in later, where they only used a single sheet between the duvet insert and the bottom sheet. Every time I moved, the sheets, duvet, and cover would all get tangled up – it was disgusting! Plus, the material felt as terrible as curtain fabric; it infuriated me!). The bathroom wasn't huge but was very clean, and all the fixtures were new. There were two bottles of mineral water provided. You need your room card to use the elevator. The view of the river from the window was beautiful, both during the day and at night.”

„I stayed at Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi in Osaka with two others, and we had a room with three beds. The space was actually quite comfortable and not as small as expected for Japan, even with all three of us and our luggage. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street and Dotonbori, making it very convenient for exploring. The room was clean, and the staff were polite, with smooth check-in and check-out. Overall, it’s a great option for small groups looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Osaka.”

„Just finished my stay here and honestly, I really recommend this hotel! The location is super convenient — the Kitahama station is literally just one traffic light away, so getting to Namba, Shin-Osaka, or anywhere else is very easy. The area is a quiet district, so you can actually sleep well at night (no noisy crowds). Plus, there are convenience stores everywhere — Lawson, FamilyMart and 7-Eleven all within 3 minutes’ walk. One thing I really appreciated is that the hotel has laundry machines and dryers. This is very important when travelling, especially in colder or wetter seasons. The room size is also surprisingly big, not like those micro-sized hotel rooms in Japan. Everything was clean, comfortable and well thought out. They also have a coffee machine that makes really nice hot chocolate haha. Only downside is that there are only two lifts, so sometimes need to wait a bit. Overall still a great stay. I’ll definitely come back again!”

„Perfect location - Very close to Shin Imamiya Station for the JR and Nankai lines. They also let you leave your luggage on checkout day. And the breakfast buffet is good. I do not worry about the smell on my clothes when I go out because they provide fabric freshener spray. I availed of the 2-day Nankai pass to cover Kansai Airport, Namba and Koyasan because of this hotel. Will stay again next time I am in Osaka.”

„Unbeatable location as hotel is situated in between two train stations with Nipponbashi being just 5 minutes walk. Smack right in the center of eateries and shopping, its super convenient! 3 elevators served the Main Tower, which meant a much shorter waiting time Daily breakfast served delicious local and continental cuisine. I really like tbe coffee machine which served aromatic matcha latte Room was spacious for 2 pax, clean and functional! Bathroom was equipped with branded toiletries and the shower had good warm water strength Staff were friendly, always smiling and polite. Great stay, highly recommended!”

„The hotel's location is right in the heart of Shinsekai, also just a few minutes' walk from the metro stations. Housekeeping is provided every four days, but the staff clear the trash and replace the towels daily. Toiletries such as toothbrushes and other essentials are conveniently available in the lobby for guests to take as needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.”

One of the biggest plus points was the location: plenty of halal food options and cafés nearby, and just a short walk to Namba, which made exploring Osaka so easy. The staff were truly excellent — always helpful, kind, and welcoming. Their hospitality made our stay extra memorable. „Hotel znajduje się w pobliżu centrum Dotonbori, blisko Don Donki, i w odległości spaceru od Shinsaibashi i Namba. Jest 7-Eleven na zewnątrz, a także bez podatku sklep narkotykowy, który jest bardzo wygodny. Wejście i wyjazd były zarówno szybkie i gładkie. Możesz zostawić bagaż w hotelu, ale jest to na własne ryzyko. Mam nadzieję, że następnym razem będą lepiej dbać o bagaż, podobnie jak inne pobliskie hotele. Nasz bidet w szafce wodnej nie działał prawidłowo podczas naszego pobytu. Super Twin Room był czysty i przestronny, co docenialiśmy. Jednak mamy nadzieję, że poduszki mogą być trochę bardziej fluffier, ponieważ były dość płaskie. Byłoby lepiej, gdyby były dwa poduszki zapewnione na łóżko do dodanego komfortu”
