I actually stayed at Super Hotel Yonago the previous night, and the Tottori one seemed more welcoming. There was a drink bar set up, with free flow alcohol which it the 1st time I had seen in Japan. The reception was very friendly. If you arrive early, you can choose which pillow you want. Otherwise, the default would be the room pillow which I find rather uncomfortable. Take note of the different onsen times for man and woman since there is only one onsen available. U can easily search for them from the hotel website.

This is a special hot spring hotel. We liked the wooden furniture can smell the original smell of wood. The breakfast is delicious. In addition to Japanese style, there is also bread. Coffee is also available after the meal. Unfortunately, there is no wifi equipment in the room, and it must be used in the lobby.

The best place to stay in Tottori and maybe even japan. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. Great location and beautiful view. The staff were superb, super friendly and accommodating. Had an amazing dinner every night of my stay. Would most definitely come back again. already missing this place!!

Ten hotel jest naprawdę wyjątkowy. Położone jest na wyspie o pięknym otoczeniu. Na jeziorze żyją przepiękne zwierzęta. Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo gościnna. Można wypożyczyć rowery elektryczne, co jest świetną zabawą. Można grać w wiele gier stołowych. Pokój jest bardzo duży. To naprawdę miłe przeżycie.

I booked this hotel because of the indoor natural onsen bath and it's really great! The hotel room itself is big and clean. We saw an insect but overall I think still OK. They allowed us to check in earlier and kept our luggage after checkout.

鳥取駅からも徒歩圏内で飲食店も周りに多くて駐車場も広くアクセスも良くて朝食付きでこの値段は希少だと思います。やはりビジネス利用が多いので朝食もビュッフェスタイルのバリエーションが豊富なメニューで鳥取らしくラッキョウやあご野焼き（竹輪）等の地元の名物も入ってて朝から堪能出来ました。

Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, the hotel informed me of an additional 150 yen fee for the public bath, payable regardless of whether I used it or not. However, this charge was not mentioned on the booking page or before check-in, leaving me feeling like I was being charged a hidden fee. Furthermore, I booked a women-only room, but the hotel assigned me to a room with male guests. This not only contradicted my booking but also made me quite uneasy. Although the hotel later changed my room, as a female traveler, I specifically chose a women-only room for safety and privacy reasons, and this mistake should not have happened. Even more unacceptable was finding a flying insect (likely a cockroach) on my bed. Considering this is a newly opened hotel, such hygiene issues are shocking and raise serious questions about the hotel's cleanliness and management. I was so frightened that I remained uneasy even afterward, and even dreamt of numerous insects that night, waking me up in terror, severely impacting my sleep quality and overall stay experience. The hotel's overall décor and environment are acceptable, and it does have a luggage storage area. However, luggage locks need to be obtained separately from the front desk, and the storage area is somewhat far from the beds, making it inconvenient to use. Furthermore, the hotel does provide slippers (including disposable slippers and regular hotel slippers), but I specifically inquired before departure about this, only to be told that they were not provided. Therefore, I brought my own slippers, which were completely useless and took up unnecessary luggage space. The discrepancy between the hotel's information and the actual situation was frustrating. However, it's worth mentioning that a non-Chinese staff member at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. When I raised questions and explained the situation, he remained patient and polite, actively offering assistance, demonstrating his genuine commitment to serving guests. This employee's performance was one of the few commendable aspects of my stay. In summary, the hotel's facilities and décor are acceptable, but there is significant room for improvement in information transparency, room arrangement, hygiene management, and internal communication. In particular, assigning female-only guests to rooms occupied by men, and the discovery of suspected cockroaches and other hygiene issues in the newly opened hotel, are unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

O hotel é um hotel para adulto!Porem mto espaçoso ,grande e limpo a banheira é enorme o chuveiro é perfeito! Fora que disponibilizam vários produtos para usar ! Única coisa negativa é que precisa sempre pedir para abrir a porta toda vez que retornamos ao hotel pois não tem chave !Eles que controla a entrada !!
