„Dziewczyna z recepcji w hotelu była niepomocna. Kiedy 10 dni temu rezerwowałem hotel i specjalnie poprosiłem o wczesne zameldowanie, hotel nie odpowiedział na żadną wiadomość. To nierozsądna obsługa. Rozumiem, że czasami nie można skorzystać z wczesnego zameldowania, ale jeśli hotel powiedział mi, że mogę zarezerwować inny hotel, to po moim przyjeździe jedna pani z recepcji zgłosiła mi problem: zepsuty blat wanny i nie można zamknąć drzwi toalety. Zdałem sobie sprawę, że po otrzymaniu tego samego pokoju kazała mi czekać 3 godziny. 😡😡😡😡😡 to mogę wystawić opinię za brak odpowiedzi.”

„Удобно расположенные апарты с возможностью позднего заселения. До медины 20 минут пешком, до сада можераль 15, до авто и ж/д вокзала 15-20 минут пешком. Рядом два магазина Нам достался спартанский номер без тумбочек у кроватей, без шкафов и вешалок, с отвалившимися крючками в ванной. Мы не стали качать права и требовать переселения так как были в отеле 3 неполные ночи. И так как забронили его за 3 часа до заселения, потому что нашу предыдущую бронь отменил хозяин на букинге.”

„The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! They tried to solve any problems they had, thank you. The apartment was spacious and clean, odor-free, and the bed was comfortable. The location was quite convenient: a 20-minute walk to the train station and the medina, 10 minutes to the Majorelle Garden, and there's a grocery store next door. Nearby is a cemetery, a prison, and a construction site 😂 That's where the positives end. There were plenty of negatives. At first, we were greeted by a broken lock on the door, and we couldn't open it. On the second day, we were offered a room change; it turned out to be basically the same, but without a window in the bedroom, so we stayed in the first room and learned to open the door ourselves. The apartment had poor lighting in the living room and bedroom, making it dark. There were just a single bulb hanging from a cord with a cold light, and there were no bedside lamps like in the photo, making it very uncomfortable. The bathroom is spacious, but the sink (or maybe the faucet) was leaking, creating a puddle under the sink. The shower is missing a curtain, and there's a gap between the floor and the partition—as a result, there's a lot of water on the floor after showering. Toilet paper, soap, and shower gel are available, but there are no trash bags anywhere. There's a rag in the kitchen and dishwashing detergent missing. On the second day, the internet stopped working for a day. It then worked again, but it was extremely unstable on the third floor. This is important for tourists! Overall, the entire apartment feels old, tired, and in need of a proper renovation, not the ”good enough” look it has now. On my last night, at four in the morning, I was awakened by noise: my bedroom window overlooked the terrace of the neighboring room. The door was open, and I could see many men with naked women. I knocked on their door, and they fell silent, but they didn't open the door. But soon, the noise resumed. I contacted the administrator via WhatsApp, but received no response or even an apology after reading my message. However, immediately afterward, the neighbors closed the balcony, and half an hour later the women left. It became quiet. Draw your own conclusions. I understand this isn't an expensive hotel, and I didn't expect five-star service. But there are basic requirements that should be met. Therefore, I don't recommend this hotel, especially for longer than a night.”

„Great location for budget travellers: not far from the train station (walkable distance), safe and lively neighborhood without the Medina chaos, bus stop for several lines to the Medina (4 DH one ride), large Carrefour supermarket nearby, several tour agencies with cheaper than Internet prices. The room is spacious and simple, clean bathroom and bed. Just accept that the hotel is old, and you will be alright”

„Via de chat hadden we gecommuniceerd hoe laat we aankwamen. Er was echter niemand, maar we hadden geluk dat andere gasten open deden. We hebben geprobeerd via telefoon en chat om contact te krijgen en uiteindelijk zelf maar een kamer gekozen. Het verhaal krijgt nog een niet zo leuk staartje, maar deze ervaring staat niet in verhouding met de rest van het verblijf. De riad is namelijk erg goed gelegen, de mensen aardig en een lieve mevrouw maakt sochtend een heerlijk ontbijtje met zelfgemaakt brood en cakejes. We denken dus dat de nare ervaring meer een ongelukkigheid is van omstandigheden mede ook omdat wij aankwamen toen het vasten van die dag (ramadan) ten einde liep. Tip zou zijn dat de riad een bel koopt die ze kunnen linken aan hun telefoon. De voorzieningen zijn basis, maar goed. De prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding is helemaal goed. Het is schoon en met een goed bed en een heerlijk ontbijt heb je meer niet nodig. En ze hebben goed gezorgd dat we met een taxi weer op het vliegveld kwamen.”

„A very classy hotel with an amazing buffet breakfast. The room was clean but a little small. Two swimming pool but we didn’t have a chance to use it due to bad weather. A lot staff in the hotel which makes it convenient for us when we needed help. The front desk also help us to print our boarding pass, very good service. Only downside was the hair dryer, it was not functioning in our room.”
