I took their spa package with scrap and ended up both legs and back became itchy and red dots. Please make sure you have insensitive skin before you try it out.

Service was friendly and approachable, we were able to get fast attention from the front desk due to our room cards malfunctioned and in another instance one of the lift malfunctioned. Around 10 parking lots are ready for guests, with additional street parking. Room and bathroom size is still maneuverable for Asians, and the design is of minimalist and modern style at the same time. Sound proofing is near to none as we can hear other guests conversation, whether they are at the corridor or next room.

The place is newly opened but even then, everything was seamless. Check-in was easy although we arrived at midnight, parking was a breeze and the rooms were very clean and complete with amenities. Truly satisfied with the stay. Keep it up!

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained. 

The hotel arranged for us to stay in a corner room which has weak WiFi access. I didn't have WiFi for the entire three nights stay. Furthermore, the bed was rather hard and the room was rather small. However, the hotel provides excellent breakfast and is located at a very strategic location. The hotel is very close to the Ipoh parade and within 10 mins drive to famous tourist spots like concubine lane. Overall, the experience was just alright.

room clealiness was ok..but in term of soundproofing can be upgraded to be better. price ok. location a little bit outskirt of Ipoh town but not to far just 10 minutes away. Plus point good shower. have wifi.

Find a fantastic standalone vacation home; There is a small zoo· 🦌🦜🐒🐓； There is a small library and reception room 📖； There is purified water and a small kitchen； You can also ask the front desk Indonesian girl for feed to feed small animals. The standalone building we stayed in has two bedrooms and one living room. The family lives comfortably together. The boss can communicate fluently in both Chinese and English. Communicate via WhatsApp before check-in, fortunately send invitation letter. Recently stayed at The Cove Hillside in Ipoh, Perak, and it was an exceptional experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious stay with a stunning natural backdrop, this is the place to be. The apartment complex is situated on a beautiful hillside, offering panoramic views of Ipoh’s lush greenery and limestone hills. Apartment Features: The apartment I stayed in was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had an open-concept layout that combined a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. The kitchen had all the essentials—fridge, stove, microwave, and even a washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays. The living room had a large flat-screen TV and comfy seating, creating a great space for relaxation. The bedroom was cozy with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a clean, modern feel with a spacious shower and high-quality amenities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially with Ipoh’s warm weather. Service: While staying at The Cove Hillside, I felt like I had the best of both worlds—privacy and comfort, but with access to excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering quick check-in/check-out and always willing to help with any requests. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the apartment spotless during my stay. They also provided helpful information on local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Amenities: One of the standout features of The Cove Hillside is the range of amenities. The infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking, offering sweeping views of the surrounding hills. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, great for staying in shape. There’s also a barbecue area that can be reserved for gatherings, which adds a nice touch for family or group stays. Plus, the complex is gated with 24-hour security, so I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay.

The location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient. House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door. Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by. The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go. The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).

The hotel location is excellent, very convenient for business travellers. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were good. Service was average, could be improved with faster response from staff. Overall, a comfortable stay and good value.
