This is a hidden gem and we highly recommend this resort! Pros: - It is next to a coral reef and they provide free snorkeling equipment in great condition to use! This is the best reason to stay here, all the snorkeling you want for free and without the need to travel! - Very cozy environment with about 8 rooms only? You will have lunch and dinner with the same groups of people. - Food is delicious, slightly expensive but reasonable. From my short experience, the specials of the night tend to be nicer than the normal menu items, but they are all good regardless. - I love the resort arranged tour. We took a whale shark + secret waterfall tour, and the guide, Alex, was great. It was a personal tour (2 of us) and we had to leave at 4am (we were slightly late and left around 405-410am), and when we reached the whale shark place, it was already quite crowded and we got a queue number of 52 - still pretty good. After taking the queue number, there are a bunch of shops to shop around, but we stupidly forgot to bring any cash, and Alex was kind enough to lend us money for breakfast and souvenirs. He even helped us bargain with the street peddlers when they tried to overcharge us. When swimming with the majestic whale sharks, he used his go-pro to help us take photos and videos, so we just need to enjoy ourselves and pose. Personally, I think the whale shark experience is pretty basic, not well organized and too crowded, but Alex made the experience unforgettable with his personal touches and help. Cons: - The worst part is getting there. It took us 5.5 hours to get here from Mactan-Cebu Airport using the private transfer when we arrived around 1230pm Saturday. There was jam to get out of the airport, jam in Cebu city and road works all along the road to Granada. When we returned to the airport in Monday morning 4am, the trip took about 3 hours. - The massage is in a room with a nice sea view, but the massage was very gentle and I prefer something stronger to sooth the body aches (from sitting in the car for over 5 hours). So I guess this is up to personal preferences. - The snorkeling was great, but it could be a bit intimidating when it's just the 2 of us snorkeling unsupervised in a large open sea. We did not face any danger, but also did not dare to venture too far and for too long as we city folks are worried about snakes and jellyfishes. We do see fishes jumping out of the sea in the distance, and this could be a sign of predators nearby. - Adults only. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would love to bring our kids here in the future and spend more time here. However, with their adults only policy, we won't be able to do that.

Really like the atmosphere of the hotel. The water dispenser in our floor is nice. Good for the environment.

We loved staying in this location. Our room was right on the water, giving some breathtaking views morning and night. Lots of storage space and big bathroom. The hotel has a great diving center that also rents all kinds of snorkeling equipment too until later hours. Pool was clean and there was even a tipsy bar within it. Our only issue was very low water pressure in the shower which made washing long hair ia bit challenging. While you are away from the “mail” street in town, walk us about 8 min and there are few other hotels/ restaurants and activity companies located right next to hotel entrance

I recently stayed at the Eloisa Royal Suites Hotel for two nights. Overall, the experience was okay but nothing particularly special. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite, although not overly friendly. My room was clean and had the basic amenities like a TV, air conditioning, and a small coffee maker. However, the furniture looked a bit dated and the mattress was too firm for my liking. One major downside was the noise. The hotel is located right next to a busy road, and the sound of vehicles passing by — especially at night — was really annoying and made it hard to sleep. The windows didn’t seem to block out much of the noise, which was disappointing. The location is convenient — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport — which was a big plus. I didn’t try the hotel restaurant, but the complimentary breakfast was quite basic: toast, eggs, and coffee. Wi-Fi was free but a bit slow during the evenings. In short, it's a decent place to stay if you're looking for something affordable and centrally located, but be prepared for noise and limited comfort.

We truly wanted to love this accommodation! There are definitely some fantastic elements here, and I want to highlight the positives first. The customer service team was wonderful—friendly and genuinely committed to fixing our concerns, which we really appreciated. The room itself, once we finally settled in, was quite comfortable! We enjoyed the nice view, and the bed and linens were absolutely great, leading to a good night's sleep. These factors were ultimately why we were able to comfortably complete our 3-day booking. However, I have to be completely frank about the initial experience. It was quite unacceptable and disappointing that the room assigned upon check-in felt totally unprepared for our arrival. ⚠️ The journey to the room, while clearly marked, was still a lengthy challenge, requiring us to navigate ”corridors, two elevators, and a strong chemical smell,” only to arrive at a room that, unfortunately, smelled distinctly of sewage. This initial discovery, after that long route, was genuinely distressing, and I sincerely hope the team ensures this doesn't happen to future guests. We gave them a chance to fix it, and they graciously found us a new room on a higher floor. While the new room was lovely, the trek to it was just as long, if not longer, and still involved a complex route of corridors and elevators. My hope is that the management will take this feedback to heart and ensure the initial room preparation is flawless for all future guests. In summary: Fantastic, helpful staff and a great, comfortable room (once settled), but the journey to the room and the initial room preparation needs serious, immediate attention.

Kawiarnia UCC po drugiej stronie ulicy - chyba japońska sieć? Z jakiegoś powodu w tej lokalizacji i w jedynym Streetscape Plaza nie było dostępnych żadnych napojów matcha. Jeśli masz na to ochotę, idź do kawiarni + baru Brew101 i zamów brudną matchę i śniadanie labtingaw! Nie próbowałem room service, bo książka telefoniczna była błędna. Wystarczy wybrać 1, a recepcja zadzwoni i przekieruje cię do room service. Klimatyzacja i Wi-Fi działają. Klimatyzacja jest głośna, ale przyzwyczaiłem się do niej. Nie ma szamponu i odżywki, więc zabierz własne. Wygląda na to, że zatrzymuje się tu wielu turystów i podróżujących służbowo. Nigdy nie widziałem, żeby ktoś jadł w restauracji, ale czasami ludzie byli w barze

This hotel is perfect for a night or two, or as a starting or ending point for a trip to the Philippines. All the necessary infrastructure and services are nearby, including McDonald's, 7-Eleven, and a ton of other options. There's a cafe just 20 meters to the right of the hotel exit that offers all sorts of food and drinks. However, there are no suitable or comfortable swimming beaches here. If you don't mind the number of ships and the port life, and just want to use the time to sunbathe, then it's fine. Otherwise, everything at the hotel is great for a short stay, especially for a group. It has everything you need. I recommend it.

To mieszanka. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, oferująca codziennie inne, przyjemne morze. Aby bezpiecznie pływać, należy przestrzegać harmonogramu pływów. Teren hotelu i rośliny są bardzo zadbane; piękne i czyste. Jest długi odcinek plaży idealny na spacery. Logistycznie dogodne miejsce – jest mnóstwo kawiarni, restauracji, sklepów z artykułami podróżnymi i w pobliżu targ ze świeżymi produktami. Główną wadą jest duży plac budowy w pobliżu, który słychać cały dzień, szczególnie w pobliskich bungalowach. Pokoje i bungalowy są w dobrym stanie. Są jednak poważne niedogodności: co drugi dzień nie można było wziąć prysznica z powodu niskiego ciśnienia wody; gdy ciśnienie było niskie, podgrzewacz wody się nie włączał; a woda miała silny zapach ścieków. Na śniadanie restauracja nie oferuje soli, pieprzu ani sosów, chyba że poprosisz. Napoje obejmują sok z koncentratu lub kawę. Dopiero po tygodniu odkryliśmy, że oferują herbatę na śniadanie. Śniadanie jest bardzo skromne i w ogóle nie ma owoców, co jest zaskakujące, biorąc pod uwagę ich cenę na wyspie. Przez cały tydzień na plaży leżały śmieci, tylko trochę, wyrzucone przez morze. Sprzątanie odbyło się szybko, bez większego wysiłku. Ale dlaczego plaża jest sprzątana tylko raz w tygodniu? Strona internetowa hotelu reklamuje transport wahadłowy, ale odradzam. Z własnego doświadczenia: wysłałem SMS-a i e-mail do hotelu punktualnie; nasz prom odpłynął o 17:30. Dotarliśmy na wyspę około 19:00. Nikt nas nie powitał. Dotarliśmy tam sami. Ochroniarz hotelowy powitał nas w hotelu i dał nam klucze do pokoju. Od razu okazało się, że włącznik światła w łazience powodował pioruny i mógł nas porazić, a podgrzewacz wody nie działał. Ochroniarz powiedział: „Proszę o kontakt z administracją jutro; moim zmartwieniem jest bezpieczeństwo”. Informacje o problemach z pokojem nie są przekazywane kierownictwu. W rezultacie pierwszą noc spędziliśmy bez ciepłej wody i prądu w łazience. Po skontaktowaniu się z nimi, w połowie drugiego dnia otrzymaliśmy pokój roboczy. Nie przeprosili za pominięty transport wahadłowy ani nie zaoferowali nam deklarowanego odszkodowania za nasz niezależny transfer. Co więcej, po zaledwie jednym dniu pobytu otrzymałem powitalny e-mail z hotelu. Hotel dysponuje odpowiednią kadrą, a ludzie są pozytywni i przyjaźni. Jednak zarządzanie, kontrola jakości i kierownictwo wykazują poważne braki. Pokoje są przeładowane przypomnieniami tekstowymi, zasadami i ograniczeniami, z których wiele byłoby mylących dla przeciętnego człowieka. A może kierownik hotelu myśli, że w jego hotelu zatrzymują się tylko osoby z demencją? Przypomnienia i ograniczenia są całkowicie zbędne, jeśli goście są witani szybko, a niezbędne informacje są przekazywane elektronicznie w ich ojczystym języku.

Poczułam, że szkoda wynajmować tak duży pokój za tak niską cenę. Wydaje się, że jest idealny do użytku przez miejscową ludność. Słyszałem, że istnieje na rynku od ponad 30 lat. Jest kilka rzeczy, na które nowi japońscy turyści powinni zwrócić uwagę podczas pobytu tutaj. ① Awaria lodówki pozostawiona bez nadzoru ②Wyciek wody ze zlewu ③Standard: Brak ciepłej wody. Odpływ ścieków jest słaby ④Brak sterowania klimatyzatorem. Regulacja wylotu To nie jest klucz do drzwi na kartę, więc zostawiam go włączonego przez cały dzień, więc jest za zimno. Rachunek za prąd to strata czasu. ⑤Jak długo nie sprzątałeś swojego domu? bardzo brudny ⑥T.V Nie ma instrukcji obsługi, więc nie będę z niej korzystać. Chyba nic się nie poprawiło przez te 30 lat. Jeśli z czasem się zreformują i udoskonalą, nawet jeśli będą oferować pokoje po niskiej cenie, ich reputacja może ucierpieć jeszcze bardziej. Szkoda.
