Hotel Hollywood Puerto Prinseca Hotel jest nowoczesny, nowy i ma bardzo dobrą obsługę. Pokój był bardzo czysty. Hotel jest centralnie położony, a dojazd z lotniska jest łatwy. Hotel posiada przyjemną restaurację i patio na dachu. Hotel ma dobrą lokalizację. Jest centralnie położony, a jednocześnie w cichej okolicy. Nie słychać hałasu i spalin z ruchliwych ulic. Dojazd z międzynarodowego lotniska jest bardzo łatwy. Jeśli lubisz spacerować, hotel znajduje się około 1,5 km od terminala. Możesz też skorzystać z tuk-tuka dla wygody. Hotel jest nowoczesny, nowy i dobrze wyposażony. Łóżka są wygodne, a pościel i ręczniki bardzo dobrej jakości. Czuć świeżość i przyjemny klimat. W pokoju znajdują się niezbędne udogodnienia, takie jak czajnik i kawa. Było też miejsce na wieszanie ubrań. W każdym pokoju znajduje się również mały sejf. Okna można otwierać, a moskitiery są bardzo praktyczne. W pokoju znajdują się również ciemne zasłony, więc jeśli lubisz spać w całkowicie ciemnym pokoju, jest to możliwe. Brakowało mi lepszego ciśnienia wody, szczególnie ciepłej. Dodatkowo, zanim woda zaczęła płynąć, minęło trochę czasu, ale to kwestia systemu. Personel jest doskonały. Podczas mojego pobytu napotkałem kilka drobnych problemów, z którymi potrzebowałem pomocy. Personel zapewnił bardzo dobrą obsługę i dołożył wszelkich starań, aby pomóc. Kontaktowali się ze mną również podczas pobytu i byli bardzo troskliwi. Sprawiali bardzo dobre wrażenie profesjonalizmu i filipińskiej gościnności.

Our stay at this inn in Puerto Princesa truly exceeded my expectations. We arrived from a long trip, and even before we could get off the van, a staff member was already there to warmly welcome us and assist with our luggage. That small gesture immediately set the tone for the kind of service they provide—attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring. Since it was only a short stay, I didn’t expect much at first. But the level of hospitality we experienced was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous, accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. It’s rare to come across a place where service feels this personal and effortless. They made us feel well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left. I would definitely recommend this inn to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa, especially if you value warm and reliable service.

We stayed here for just one night has we had a flight to catch the next day, lovely hotel slept great!

Room was clean and comfortable with soap and toothbrush in bathroom, just 10 min walk from bars and restaurants, 20 min walk from airport or 100 peso on taxi bike. The breakfast is OK. The AC was not working properly in the standard room that also has no window. But was upgraded to the Delux room.

Piękne miejsce i bardzo ładny basen. Ogród też wygląda nieźle. . Bardzo przyjazny personel, bardzo dobra gościnność i bardzo duży pokój. Tylko jedna rzecz, czyli wysoka cena za usługę dowozu lub odbioru z lotniska za vanem 600 peso lub 240 peso za trójkołowiec, nie jest właściwą i dobrą ceną. W większości miejsc mają bezpłatny transport. Prysznic i umywalka nie były bardzo czyste. 4 gwiazdki według usług są przeznaczone dla personelu.

University /University dorm częściowo przekształcił się w hotel z minimalną inwestycją. Wynik jest głównie pozytywny. Hotel jest bardzo fotogeniczny, więc łatwo jest uzyskać wrażenie, że jest znacznie bardziej chudy niż jest faktycznie.. Podobało mi się moje pobyt, pracownicy są przyjazne, czyste, otoczone zieleni i ładne widoki. Nie pozwól nazwie Hotel Palacio oszukać cię, nie oczekuj pałacu, hotel jest skromny, ale wygodny. Miejsce mądre, to jest poza miastem, co nie było dla mnie problemem, ponieważ zaplanowałem motocykl podczas 7 dni pobytu. Samochód, który zorganizowałem na lotnisko rano z recepcjonistą, czekał na mnie w czasie.

Kudos to Ma’am Via from the front desk for being very attentive and approachable. However, the air conditioning in the penthouse was not working. It would also be great if they could offer a complimentary drop-off to the town proper or at least an airport pick-up service, as the location is quite far from the main town.
